The Park became part of the State system in 1955, the Park itself is the third largest in land acreage in the system, spreading itself over 3,300 acres. The Park has over 25 miles of hiking trails, to provide the perfect opportunity to enjoy the scenery of the beautiful Greenbo forest. The Cook II position will coordinate and participate in the work of employees performing cooking, kitchen clean up and sanitation of prep areas and all cooking utensils. The Cook II will prepare food as a line cook from public menus and catering for private events. The Cook II will assist in maintaining records to ensure cleanliness, food costs, proper food handling and storage.
