Job Summary: The Regional Director is responsible for the profit and loss and operational management of two (2) or more wound care centers within a hospital system. This position provides the administrative leadership over the centers for all operations, financials and quality of the wound care center. The Regional Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships between Healogics and the hospital. The Regional Director is responsible for providing leadership to Nurse Managers. The Regional Director is responsible for creating an environment for provider success through clinical outcomes surveillance and quality reporting; center compliance with both hospital and Healogics requirements as well as manages the account with not only the primary hospital system but the account executive at all associated hospital centers. This position is a critical leadership position with the onsite clinical leadership with all wound care centers, with the providers and with all Healogics and hospital staff within the wound care center. All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.
