Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need basic English communication skills; prior housekeeping experience helpful. You will need to safely operate equipment such as a vacuum, carpet cleaner, floor buffer, etc. as well as the chemicals used to maintain/clean the hotel. Heavy work - exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. In this role you must have the ability to stand for long hours and be able to work under variable temperatures and noise levels.

Essential Job Functions
Change all bed linen in accordance with the hotel's housekeeping policies and procedures
Vacuum carpeting in hotel rooms including underneath furniture, beds, behind chairs, etc.
Dust all furniture in hotel rooms including picture frames, lamps, TV's, etc.
Check all drawers and closet areas in hotel rooms for any items left behind and immediately report all missing items in a room to the supervisor
Thoroughly clean the hotel room bathroom area (wash shower stalls, sinks, floors, toilets, etc.)
Ensure hotel rooms are set up per Company Housekeeping standards with the correct number of items arranged in place
Clean all newly vacant rooms within 30 minutes of Check-Out, and clean all occupied rooms (stay-over's) within 15 minutes
Notify supervisor of any cribs that are in a room that need to be picked up and stored
Take responsibility for pass key and make sure it is turned in daily
Immediately report to supervisor any hotel room discrepancies that are discovered
Shut off all lights and TVs when leaving hotel rooms
Assist with the cleaning of any public spaces and storage areas as assigned
Turn and flip mattresses as directed
All other duties assigned
Requirements:
16 years of age or older
Dependable transportation to and from work
Language skills: Fluent knowledge of the English language; including the ability to read and interpret written information and speak and understand verbal communication
Ability to fulfill the physical requirements of the position with any reasonable accommodations as necessary

Responsible for the hallway in front of room. Deep cleans one room daily.
Cleans bathrooms, scrubbing basin, bathtub, toilet, and tile floor with damp rag and detergent.
Disinfects surfaces in bathroom.
Replenishes supplies in rooms (glasses, stationary, soaps, shampoo, tissue, toilet paper, guest directories) and places clean towels on rack.
Vacuums each room and hallway.
Reports to the Executive Housekeeper all rooms vacated and clean, rooms occupied and clean, or any other discrepancies, or any unusual conditions of furniture or room repairs needed.
Maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person.
Should have knowledge of fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
Must be responsible for security of guests, fellow Associates, and hotel assets.
Must perform any other required duties as requested by the General Manager to aid in better operation of the hotel, restaurant, lounge, and service to the guests.

Essential Job Functions
Change all bed linen in accordance with the hotel's housekeeping policies and procedures
Vacuum carpeting in hotel rooms including underneath furniture, beds, behind chairs, etc.
Dust all furniture in hotel rooms including picture frames, lamps, TV's, etc.
Check all drawers and closet areas in hotel rooms for any items left behind and immediately report all missing items in a room to the supervisor
Thoroughly clean the hotel room bathroom area (wash shower stalls, sinks, floors, toilets, etc.)
Ensure hotel rooms are set up per Company Housekeeping standards with the correct number of items arranged in place
Clean all newly vacant rooms within 30 minutes of Check-Out, and clean all occupied rooms (stay-over's) within 15 minutes

Take responsibility for pass key and make sure it is turned in daily
Immediately report to supervisor any hotel room discrepancies that are discovered
Shut off all lights and TVs when leaving hotel rooms
Assist with the cleaning of any public spaces and storage areas as assigned
Turn and flip mattresses as directed

Restaurant Team Member Reports To: Restaurant Manager A Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin' Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Responsibilities Include:
* Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems
* Follow food safety standards
* Prepare food and beverages
* Assemble and package orders and serve to guests
* Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation
* Clean equipment and guest areas
* Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation
* Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable)
* Follow speed of service standards
* Serve and communicate with guests
* Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant
* Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
* Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
