We're currently seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA to serve patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout the Dallas area-while also serving as a liaison between Gentiva and facility staff to ensure quality, coordinated care. This unique role is ideal for a CNA who enjoys hands-on care and the opportunity to collaborate with facility teams, advocate for patients, and represent hospice services in a professional, positive way.
