Support Technician - Bilingual (English / Spanish) Substance Use Disorder Treatment Basic Function The basic function of the Support Technician is to ensure the safety of every client, and to provide leadership and supervision to clients. Responsibilities and Duties Ensure that clients report to their respective groups on time. Supervise and direct clients in the performance of their job assignments. Actively check on clients' completing their assigned tasks. Complete all necessary documentation, including observation logs, maintenance reports, incident / information reports, urinalysis reports, and other reports as assigned. Complete a discharge form for clients who are discharging, and forward the discharge information to all appropriate parties. Complete all necessary documentation within contractually established timeframes: this includes P.O. reports, progress notes, discharge summaries, aftercare plans, etc. Provide family support and education through conjoint sessions as well as family groups. Communicate and coordinate effectively with the treatment team regrading client treatment issues. Maintain a minimum of 65% DMC billing productivity per month. Basic Function The Accounting Manager oversees the daily operations of the accounting department and ensures accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP, nonprofit regulations, and internal policies. Responsibilities Handle inquiries from individuals seeking treatment and treatment information. Schedule and conduct screenings to determine individual's eligibility into the program. Assess applicants to determine level of care and the appropriateness of the program for the individual. Admit client into treatment, accurately completing all required documentation, in a timely manner. Basic Functions Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Client Placement & Admissions is responsible for creating and maintaining efficient systems for clients accessing substance use disorder treatment services at CRI-Help, ensuring timely clinical assessments for admissions to CRI-Helps residential, residential withdrawal management, and outpatient programs. Responsibilities Provide leadership to the Intake Department and cultivate the function of the Department as an integrated team. Perform supervisory duties, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating Intake Department staff. Train all staff members who complete admission inquiries. Manage the Mitel phone system call center and monitor performance of each Intake Specialist monitoring call abandonment rates, inbound calls handled, shift duration, etc. Maintain close communication with CRI-Help leadership about bed availability and communicate bed availability to the clinical team. Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for the Intake department Regularly attend Case Conference meetings, report on new admissions, and provide written reports on departmental activities. Manage time off requests and schedules to ensure screening and admissions appointments are available during all Intake business hours. Participate in the organizational performance management system, for example by joining the Risk Management, Quality Management, and Management Committees. Coordinate with the Admissions Manager to submit and close out all CALOMS files on a quarterly basis. Basic Function The Socorro Lead Medication Nurse collaborates with the Director of Nursing to offer support and oversight of CRI-Help's Medication Nurses and Medication Coordinators. This includes monitoring the self-administration of medications by residential clients and ensuring their compliance. Additionally, the Socorro Lead Medication Nurse is responsible for completing necessary documentation and collaborating with the Support Technician Department, Social Services Department, and Director of Nursing regarding clients' health statuses during their treatment episodes. Responsibilities Provide nursing care and assist in the pre-admission, admission, treatment, and discharge processes for clients. Provide medication training and oversight to Medication Nurses, Medication Coordinators, and Residential Support Technicians. Job DescriptionSalary: $24 - $31 / Hour OUTPATIENT SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER COUNSELOR Basic Functions Assist clients in discovering a way of life that can be lived without the use of chemicals, support clients through the recovery process, and assist clients in the exploration of their lifestyle- emphasizing patterns of behavior. Responsibilities Keep a schedule of regular counseling appointments with clients and be available for non-scheduled counseling or crisis counseling when needed. Develop treatment plans, based on the initial ASAM assessment conducted at intake, including goals and objectives. Write progress notes and other relevant clinical documentation, as clinically necessary and at least once weekly, detailing clients progress, or lack thereof, towards completing his or her treatment plan goals. Facilitate groups sessions and educational classes as assigned by Program Manager and document accordingly in each clients file within 48 hours. When necessary, update ASAM assessments for clients. Attend weekly Case Conferences to discuss clients progress in relation to their treatment plans. Identify problems or achievements through staff discussion. Conduct and document case management between clients and other service agencies involved in clients treatment, including but not limited to: Probation, Parole, DCFS, DMH, DPSS, DOR, along with referring case managers and insurance providers. The Medication Nurse oversees the self-administration and compliance of residential clients' medication, and completes supporting documentation. Responsibilities: Safeguard and observe the self-administration of approved client medications in accordance with regulations required in residential substance use disorder settings. Act as a liaison with Social Services Manager or Director of Nursing for medication approvals. Record all incoming medication in the medication inventory log, ensure medication is approved. Monitor clients' ongoing medical issues and report changes to the Social Services Manager. Report medication responses to the appropriate physician via the Social Services Department. Alert Social Services Manager about all client illnesses, client accidents, injuries, and any other medical issues. Complete Daily Medication Review Audit. Update and ensure the accuracy of clients' medication records- including logs, inventory pages, and medication administration records. Document medication handling notes and care coordination notes in EHR within the designated timeframe. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Support Technician - Substance Use Disorder Treatment Basic Function The basic function of the Support Technician is to ensure the safety of every client, and to provide leadership and supervision to clients. Responsibilities and Duties Ensure that clients report to their respective groups on time. Supervise and direct clients in the performance of their job assignments. Actively check on clients' completing their assigned tasks. Complete all necessary documentation, including observation logs, maintenance reports, incident / information reports, urinalysis reports, and other reports as assigned. Complete a discharge form for clients who are discharging, and forward the discharge information to all appropriate parties. Conduct routine urinalysis drug testing, skin checks, no-contact personal searches, eye checks, and searches of clients and their belongings. Attend shift change meetings and stay informed of activities occurring on your shift, i.e. new clients, discharges, illnesses, emergencies, etc. Read all communications to the Support Technicians, and review communications. Stay current on policies and procedures. Chart on at least three clients per shift.
