Job Responsibilities
Oversee and contribute to the safe and efficient dispensing of all patient orders by following all quality assurance policies and procedures.
Model excellent patient care by respecting, engaging and enthusiastically meeting or exceeding all patient needs including counseling and problem solving.
Perform all the duties of a Pharmacist, including but not limited to, interpret, fill and refill prescriptions for medications/durable medical equipment, reviewing all clinical aspects of the prescription; maintaining up to date patient profiles; verifying patient receives accurate medications/durable medical equipment.
Demonstrate adherence to all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations through example and coaching.
Provide an optimal team and patient experience by proper scheduling, delegation of work assignments, and efficient use of supplies and equipment.
Manage inventories by tracking daily reports, overseeing physical inventory counts, and overseeing proper of medications and supplies in order to meet patient requirements and maximize profits.
Work with the Supermarket team including Pharmacy District Leader, Corporate Pharmacy team, Store Leader and Regional Business Leader to ensure that maximum efficiency and profitability are achieved.
Supervise, coordinate and oversee selection, training, development, performance, recognition and empowerment of staff to ensure continuous engagement of team members and improvement of
department services.
Maintain a neat and sterile work environment to comply with all company, local, state and federal government requirements.
Review and analyze all appropriate service and business metrics and contribute to action plans to improve outcomes.
Complete all required audits and paperwork
Provide direct supervision, including coaching and feedback to all team members, as appropriate, following proper guidelines.
Create and maintain a positive work environment for all team members.
Administer immunizations and actively participate in clinical services to optimize patient and company outcomes.
Assist in mentoring/training new team members in the Pharmacy Lead and execute all company initiatives and programs.
Remain informed and up to date on new drugs, therapies, and developments in the pharmacy industry.
Maintain professional competency and service skills. Be an advocate for positive change in the pharmacy profession to improve, advance, and expand both patient care and company performance.
Continuously build professional rapport with outside partners including physicians, nurses, medical assistants, industry representatives and vendors.

Answer telephone in a polite and timely manner, ensure accurate information is exchanged and the customer is satisfied.

Who You Are:
Successful candidates for the CDL Driver role are motivated and eager to provide a high level of customer service. You are someone with previous driving experience and is familiar with pre and post trip inspections and using online log systems.
What You Will Be Doing
Current and active Class A or B Driver's license with good driving record
Drives truck to destination.
Distributes receipts for load picked up.
Occasionally collects payment for goods delivered and for delivery charges.
Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
Contacts customers to advise delivery times.
Unload truck.
Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
Skills You Bring:
Must be CDL Licensed, must pass Driver's Testing, and must pass DOT Physical / Drug Testing.
Previous pre/post trip inspections preferred
Delivery driving experience preferred
Proficient in reading and writing English
Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes bending; stretching; pushing, pulling, and lifting 75 LBS; and extensive fast-paced walking in all weather conditions throughout the year
Knowledge of basic math, ability to read and write the English language, and map reading skills'

Job Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tables, utensils and floor.
Maintain a clean, organized and clutter-free backroom/receiving area operation.
Make cardboard bales with bailer paper crusher.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, understand and communicate, which includes the willingness to taste and experience new product offerings.
Become familiar with products in the store so you can answer questions and make suggestions to customers.

In the produce department: Unload produce items from truck and break down pallets; load flats with proper produce items to be taken to the produce floor and hand stacked; check produce on display for quality by visually inspecting and removing unsellable merchandise from rack; have sufficient knowledge to answer questions and make suggestions to our customers.
In the health, beauty and wellness department: Educate, demonstrate and advise guests on the ingredients and qualities of products across a range of beauty lines; provide information and advice on the best beauty and related products to suit the guest's individual needs and preferences.
In the dairy department, maintain stock level by taking products from cooler to sales floor, opening cases and stocking on shelves in the appropriate location.
In the beer, liquor and wine departments, uncover any potential underage or intoxicated individual and deny the sale of alcohol to that person.
In the wine and beer sections: Prepare products for display; assist customers with purchases by providing knowledgeable recommendations and suggestions; educate customers on consumption and food pairing; take an active role in building the store's wine or beer assortment throughout the year and at resets.
Meet and exceed weekly sales goals and track sales daily to ensure goals are being met through continuous selling efforts to guests.
Maintain audit lists, inventory reduction plans and retail strategies to ensure the most efficient operation of the department.
