The New Hampshire Food Bank (NHFB) is seeking a Fundraising Administrator to support key fund development activities, including events, reporting, direct mail, and donor data management. Responsibilities
Administrative & Reporting
· Prepare monthly, calendar-year, and fiscal-year fundraising reports.
· Compile data for Feeding America's quarterly QPR annual Network Activities reports (NAR).
· Provide donor, appeal, and program-specific reports for NHFB leadership.
· Collaborate with NHFB and CCNH staff on grant submissions and reporting.
· Maintain accurate electronic organized grant records.
Fundraising & Donor Support
· Manage mailing lists for newsletters and direct mail appeals.
· Ensure accurate gift coding, appeal codes, and tracking fields in the donor database.
· Oversee remit envelope code mapping and ordering each fiscal year.
· Coordinate direct mail and newsletter calendars with CCNH Development.
· Lead the Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Holiday Card appeals.
· Update donor records, including contact information and email preferences, in Raiser's Edge.
· Provide donor history reports for cultivation and prospecting.
Event Coordination
· Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including donations, acknowledgments, and data entry.
· Attend all NHFB events and keep staff informed on Development activities.
· Ensure proper coding, acknowledgments, and tax receipts for event-related gifts.
· Represent NHFB at third-party events and assist with additional events as needed.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, plus 3 years of experience in communications, fund development, event planning, or volunteer engagement.
· Valid driver's license.
· Knowledge of Raiser's Edge or similar data base program

MDS Coordinator job responsibilities include;
· Knowledge of all aspects of the RAI/MDS process to include person-centered care planning, Medicare PDPM reimbursement, scheduling, month-end triple check, appeals process and Medicare certification process
· Maintain current PDPM/Medicare and Medicaid/Private assessment schedules with proper reference dates for regular distribution to therapies, dietary, social service, activities and nursing.
· Provide ongoing education and training for MDS and person-centered care planning
· Understand and follow through with the RAI process, including MDS assessment, Triggers and CAAS, and Care Planning.
· Maintain the Medicare certification/ recertification binder to meet the requirements of Medicare physician certification for Part A & B services.
· Demonstrate current knowledge of nursing practices and procedures as they pertain to Long Term Care including state, federal, and OBRA regulations.
Requirements
• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active New Hampshire license
• RAC-CT certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in long-term care, including experience with the RAI process and person-centered care planning
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the RAI process and federal and state reimbursement requirements
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience creating templates and tools for audits, tracking, and staff education
