Additionally, perform administrative and support tasks for SharePoint, Smartsheet and Resource Management for assigned projects, designing and build Smartsheet workspaces, blueprints, and project management workflow solutions.
Provide mentoring, coaching, training, and support to PM's using PM Tools (Smartsheet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, and SharePoint).
Independently manage workload, and exercise initiative to learn new skills to improve performance and efficiency for Project Management support and services, including updating and maintaining the DH IT PMO Project Methodology & Training material as assigned.

Qualifications
A PMP PMI certification with a Bachelor's degree or PMP certification preferred (obtain within 1 year) with a Master's Degree in Project Management.
5 years of project management experience and 5 years IT experience managing large, complex projects. Deep knowledge of Project Management methodology. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and work both independently and on teams.
Must have excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, documentation, and presentation skills, be self-directed, flexible, and have excellent organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

SCA New Hampshire Conservation Corps Project Leader
The SCA NH Conservation Corps Project Leaders (2) plays a crucial role in the success of the conservation program, working closely with the Trail & Program Operations Specialist and to train, supervise, and support three field crews of corps members completing technical trail projects, habitat restoration and visitor-use structure construction throughout New Hampshire. SCA NH Corps crews use traditional trail skills, carpentry skills, restoration techniques, and physical labor to complete an array of projects while camping on 11-day hitches. Typical projects include trail construction & maintenance, rock stairs, carpentry, bridge construction, impacted site restoration, invasive vegetation removal and historic preservation. The program works in partnership with New Hampshire State Parks and AmeriCorps and serves throughout the state including the White Mountain National Forest. The Project Leader is largely a field-based position spending approximately 80% of time traveling during the conservation service season to project sites.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
As an SCA NHCC Project Leader you will serve as a teacher, supervisor, technical advisor, and role model for your crew. Facilitate team operations: tools & equipment, vehicles, worksite management, basecamp. Actively manage group dynamics and corps members' well-being in remote environments and at the Spruce Pond Camp program site. Actively manage project/member risk to maintain a safe work environment. Supervise and assist the work skills training of corps members. Manage the quality & technique of project outcomes. Promote leadership development within the team and evaluate success and potential. Manage relationships with agency partners and work collaboratively with public land agencies on program logistics. Ensure successful and timely completion of conservation service projects on public land. Assist SCA Trail & Program Operations Specialist in budget management and reconciliation. Represent SCA in a positive manner. Regular travel to work locations to support projects and camp with crews.
Marginal Duties
Assisting staff with vehicle maintenance and shuttling, facility cleaning and maintenance, after-hours member check-ins, equipment maintenance, and any other assistance needed by agency partners. Contribute to mid-season and end of season member evaluations, day-to-day budget management, and participate in periodic staff meetings.
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years prior experience in supervising young adults in an outdoor setting.
Previous trail construction experience and knowledge.
Camping, hiking, and backcountry experience.
Ability to perform manual, physical labor for up to 10 hours per day, exposed to the elements, and lift and/or move 60+ pounds.
Ability to camp and hike for extended periods of time, up to 11-days.
Ability to access remote work locations and travel over rough, steep, & rocky terrain.
Experience/certification with chainsaw required - ability to recertify during the position.

Uses problem solving therapy to provide the participant with skills to systematically work through memory related difficulties and other cognitive problems.
Applies compensatory memory strategies and skills training to help participants feel more in control of the cognitive challenges that may accompany epilepsy.
Teaches basics of epilepsy and memory function, common memory problems, and factors related to seizures or epilepsy that may impact cognition.
Emphasizes awareness of the multiple influences that affect memory and attention.
Communicates with participants throughout the course of the study.
Travels to investigator meetings or protocol specific training.
Assists with community delivered epilepsy and self-management education and the HOBSCOTCH Cognitive Coach training program delivery as needed.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
Health professional degree, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of healthcare, epilepsy education and individual (one-to-one) counseling experience; or the equivalent in education and experience, required.
Prior clinical or research experience preferred.
Excellent organizational, writing, and office software skills required.
Required Licensure/Certifications
Certification through the HOBSCOTCH Institute, 2 half days of training totaling 8 hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Clinician provides high-quality behavioral healthcare as a collaborative primary care team member focused on short-term episodes of care, skill-based counseling, and coordination/outreach. This position works with a majority adult patient population.

This is a full-time, 40-hour/week benefitted position located at our Lebanon campus. Once oriented to the position, it will be a hybrid position, working three days a week in the office and two days a week remotely. We anticipate spending the first four to six months on-site while orienting to the position before moving to a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
As a licensed independent mental health clinician works with the Primary Care team to address the behavioral health needs of patients in primary care utilizing the Collaborative Care model of integrated care, which includes consults, short-term counseling, care coordination, outreach and data collection.
Partners with PCP teams to systematically screen and assess for opiate misuse and other substance use disorders. Conduct triage visits and/or initial evaluations to help clarify behavioral health concerns and develop an individualized, appropriate care plan.
Enrolls patients referred by the PCP into the collaborative care program, which includes both in person and telephone outreach visits for a short-term episode of care, up to 12 weeks duration.
Utilizes evidence-based clinical procedures to deliver care in a standardized format and measure patient's symptoms and response to treatment through questionnaires and survey tools.
Effectively maintains and manages a patient registry to track patients, monitor progress and report program focused metrics.
Provides limited face-to-face, short-term counseling including; problem-solving therapy, brief CBT, motivational interviewing or brief supportive therapy.
Proactively communicates with patients, primary care team members and the consulting psychiatrist to aid in effective, patient-centered, team-based care.
Assists patients in need of higher levels or care, specialty mental health or substance use services, outside of primary care, to connect with appropriate treatment resources.
Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Supports the department's educational and workforce development mission by providing supervision and learning opportunities for trainees in mental health fields. This may include supervising student internships and/or providing clinical supervision toward licensure for master's prepared clinicians.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling/Therapy, or Addiction Counseling from an accredited institution of higher education, including an internship meeting professional standards.
Must be able to demonstrate that he or she has provided psychological services, on an inpatient, outpatient or consultative basis in the past 12 months
Required Licensure/Certifications

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead and manage water and wastewater projects throughout New England. This will be a hybrid position with work from home, client visits and some office time spent in any of our New England offices. We are offering a sign-on bonus and will consider relocation for this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct individuals or teams of technical staff or Project Managers on multiple complex projects and/or less complex projects
Consistently demonstrate leadership skills in project execution, client interactions, and business development
Lead construction administration tasks, including:
Construction progress meetings
Submittal reviews
Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
Review of daily and weekly construction reports
Preparation of payment applications, RFIs, and change orders
Coordination with field staff and designers
Project closeout and tracking construction schedules
Assist in training, mentorship, and technical development of Project Managers and staff through:
Holding training seminars
Providing technical guidance during project execution
Bringing new technical developments in-house
Consult with technical staff and Project Managers on technical issues and provide QA/QC reviews on projects outside of their direct involvement
Recognize potential risks related to nonstandard technical matters or legal disputes and participate in required insurance training to minimize liability
Work with minimal direction or supervision, demonstrating success with similar project responsibilities
Oversee technical accuracy of projects through:
Regular communication with project staff
Review of plans, specifications, reports, and calculations
Ensuring compliance with firm standards
Make technical presentations to clients and at public meetings to review and discuss project details
Lead projects from development through completion by identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimates, and implementation plans, including QA/QC and risk management
Act as a Public Relations Ambassador by proactively presenting and communicating the company's capabilities and strength
Solicit New Clients/Projects by:
Identifying and seeking out new project opportunities
Setting up meetings and participating in proposal development
Cross-selling additional practice areas
Prepare proposals, participate in project interviews, attend and contribute to public meetings, develop fee proposals, and present information to potential clients
Participate in professional associations and conferences by presenting or authoring technical papers.
Prepare contracts, subcontracts, and negotiate fees associated with new projects.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience
Professional Engineering License
8+ years of specialized experience in drinking water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems, pump stations, water quality, and treatment systems.
Extensive and relevant project management experience
Previous experience in the consulting engineering industry
Strong experience working with local clients and regulatory agencies
Ability to work both in the field and in office settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Apex is expanding our Infrastructure Practice and seeking a Principal-level leader to build and grow our Water/Wastewater business in one of our target Northeast markets: Springfield or Worcester, Massachusetts; Manchester, New Hampshire; or Southwest Connecticut.
This role will begin as a remote position with the intent to establish a local office in one of the target markets. Once the office is opened, the position will transition to a hybrid work arrangement.
