* *Pre-Litigation Department Management:* Manage the firm's active Pre-Litigation personal injury cases. Ensure every detail is tracked and deadlines are met from Pre-Litigation settlement to litigation team hand-off.

* *Maximize Case Value: *Independently monitor cases in Pre-Litigation to evaluate each case and develop a strategy to maximize settlement values in pre-lit.

*What we're looking for: *
* *Experience:* Attorney with active Pennsylvania bar admission. 3-7 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience with proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred.
* *Technical Proficiency: *Hands-on experience with case management software (Litify preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). This role requires utilization of our case management system and Artificial Intelligence.
* *Organizational Skills: *Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* *Communication Skills: *Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and professionally. Experience negotiating the value of cases is required.

Scheduling Requirements:
Per Diem- The employee must provide 10 shifts of availability and work 6 shifts over 3 months. Per Diem Employees must work 1 summer and 1 winter holiday along with 2 weekend shifts. All minimum shifts must be within the region applicant is hired within. Per Diems are tied only to their home region, and may choose to work dayshift, nightshift, and wherever they prefer- in terms of Station/Unit.
Per Diem Employees must maintain their minimum required shifts.
Part Time- The employee is assigned two regularly scheduled shifts per week, for a total of 4 shifts over 2 weeks, with at least 2 of the 4 shifts required to be a weekend, in the region they are hired into.
Part Time employees must work 24 hours per week.
Full Time- The employee is assigned 3 shifts a week, with weekend requirements, in the region they are hired into. This assignment consists of a Rotating Pitman schedule.
Full Time employees must work 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities as the Operations Manager:
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily production, logistics, and sales operations to ensure efficiency, cost control, and consistent product quality.
Financial Oversight: Partner with the Controller to manage budgets, monitor margins, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Team Management: Lead department heads across production, finance, and quality assurance, fostering accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications for the Operations Manager:

Experience: 8+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations or general management, including 5+ years in meat packing environments.
Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP platforms such as SAP or NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite for operational and financial reporting.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of FDA, USDA, HACCP, and OSHA regulations, with proven success implementing food safety and compliance programs.

Job Overview:
The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for supporting the efficiency and accuracy of revenue cycle operations within the Patient Access Department.
This role serves as a subject matter expert in Epic work queue management, denial and rejection resolution, staff education, and cross-departmental collaboration,
The Specialist will provide timely reporting, analysis, and guidance to ensure compliance, reduce denials, and enhance front-end revenue cycle performance,
This individual will also participate in special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of Patient Access Services.

Essential Functions:
Work Queue Management: Monitor, manage, and resolve assigned Epic Patient Access work queues in a timely and accurate manner
Denials and Rejections: Review, analyze, and work denial and rejection cases; provide recommendations for process improvement to reduce recurrence
Education and Training: Provide education, coaching, and support to Patient Access Representatives to ensure compliance with registration, insurance verification, authorization, and billing requirements
Collaboration: Partner with clinical and non-clinical departments to facilitate the resolution of patient access-related work queue issues and ensure timely account progression
Reporting and Analysis: Compile, maintain, and analyze reports in Microsoft Excel to identify trends, monitor performance metrics, and support departmental initiatives
Process Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis of recurring issues and assist in developing action plans for resolution
Special Projects: Support departmental projects, audits, and initiatives as assigned by the Director of Patient Access Services
