We are hiring Overnight Direct Support Professionals to assist residents with developmental disabilities with daily living activities in a residential setting. Please be advised that you must be awake during your shift. Job Responsibilities of an Overnight Direct Support Professional: * Assist and supervise activities related to daily living skills. * Administer or assist with prescribed medication. * Light housekeeping * Assist with transportation * Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives. * Data entry using Therap (EHR) * Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans. Our Overnight Direct Support Professionals provide essential overnight supervision in our group homes, ensuring a secure environment and offering support whenever residents need assistance. This is an ideal role for someone who is calm, responsible, and dedicated to providing consistent, high-quality care during the quietest hours of the day.
