Title: Associate Planner, Data and Multimodal Systems Planning Department: NJTPA Reports To: Director of Systems Planning, Data, and Forecasting Staff Under the supervision of the Director of Systems Planning, Data, and Forecasting, the Associate Planner will assist NJTPA staff with a range of data, geographic and modeling analyses and research activities in support of the NJTPA long range transportation plan. Systems Planning supports informed decision-making for the agency's planning, programming, and project development processes. This includes developing and updating performance measures, modeling travel across the region, screening suitable locations for improvements, estimating anticipated outcomes, and assessing the context of the region's diverse locations and communities.
The incumbent will work with Systems Planning staff to advance recommendations from the NJTPA congestion management process and regional accessibility, mobility, sustainability, economic and physical health, land use, resilience, and safety goals. The incumbent will have the opportunity to make use of existing NJTPA data and GIS resources, transportation modeling, statistical tools and coding platforms, as well as contribute to investigation of new resources such as agent-based models. The incumbent will also work closely with the GIS and Data Analytics and other Planning Department groups.
The ideal candidate will have experience with databases, quantitative analysis, and GIS, be familiar with transportation planning issues and travel demand modeling concepts, be highly organized, and can work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position based in Newark, NJ with the option to work remotely part of the time.
Essential Functions:
* Apply database, geographic, modeling, communication, and analytical tools to support technical analyses, document results, and incorporate findings into databases and other resources for further planning and project development.
* Contribute to the development of reports, meetings, online applications, and workshops for staff, policy makers, regional stakeholders, and the public.
* Assist staff in transportation modeling, forecasting, land use, performance-based planning, performance measures, environmental analysis, and other activities.
* Support Planning Department studies and activities studies pertaining to accessibility, livability/sustainability, active transportation, resilience, travel demand management, safety, land use, goods movement, technology, and other topics.
Additional Functions:

Prerequisite Qualifications:
* Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor's degree in urban planning, geography, transportation engineering, or a related technical field required.
* Two (2) years of experience in transportation planning or a master's degree required.
* Expertise with data analysis and GIS is required.
* At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be excepted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with travel demand modeling and statistical packages would be desired as well as with transportation planning issues and performance measures.
* Knowledge of New Jersey transportation systems and planning environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with travel demand modeling, web applications and visualization methods are valued.

Salary Information:
In compliance with the NJ Pay Transparency Law, the negotiated annual salary range for this position is $63,754.42-$119,012.58 (USD). NJIT considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses or other items.

EBI Consulting looks to immediately hire a Field Engineer to join our Agency Due Diligence, spanning HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, real estate consulting practice. Our Agency practice performs Capital Needs Assessments to evaluate physical condition, need for immediate repair, and estimate future maintenance cost at multifamily real estate nationwide. We contribute to the financial underwriting of affordable housing, and you will play a critical part in the success of this function.
This is a full-time, salaried position, reporting to the Associate Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be based in Boston, MA and enjoy traveling as part of a work from home environment. Real estate capital needs due diligence experience is desired with the right combination of technical background and aptitude to learn and contribute. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications and Capabilities

At least 5+ years of professional experience in due diligence consulting preferred to meet client scope of work qualifications; otherwise, examples of relevant consulting expertise in related technical fields is required
Direct prior experience serving HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac or other affordable housing scopes of work is preferred but not required
Experience conducting other property condition assessment (i.e., PCA, FCA, etc.) reporting on office, retail, or hotel properties is valued. Also, experience or familiarity with obtaining environmental site data needed to complete ASTM E1527 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) is preferred, but not required

PIM Brands, Inc. is seeking bright, eager interns for our Project Management Department. We are looking for a Project Management Intern interested in starting a career at our Park Ridge NJ location.
Overview:
Develop Proficiency in PM Tools: Learn and apply tools such as Asana and MS Project to support project planning and execution; demonstrate capability by managing small internal tasks.
Assist with Project Planning & Documentation: Support creation of kickoffs, timelines, meeting agendas, and notes for active projects, ensuring accuracy and approval from project managers.
Monitor Project Progress: Help track timelines, risks, and milestones using dashboards and status reports; maintain updates for assigned projects throughout the internship.
Facilitate Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment: Attend team meetings, deliver recaps, and assist in communicating project status and critical tasks across departments.
Support PMO Operations & Process Improvement: Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, file maintenance, and updating shared documentation; identify at least one process improvement opportunity and present recommendations.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Rising Senior in college/university, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology Management or related field
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
Strong business acumen and analytical ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organization skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

Required Skills/Experience:

Have access to local housing and reliable transportation
Be able to work during our 10 week summer program, which is a 40-hour week, beginning June 1st, 2026 through at least August 7th 2026
It would be great if you also had:
Familiarity with project management software (Asana, MS Project).
Basic understanding of Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel pivot tables, charts, or basic analytics).
Experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for identifying process improvements.
Knowledge of document control and version management practices.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of and passion for the specific business you are interested in at PIM Brands
Strong passion for and knowledge of the Food and CPG industry
Leadership experience on or off campus
Pay:
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 -- per hour. PIM Brands takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

The internship requires working on-site: Monday thru Thursday. Work from home/remotely once a month, on a Friday.

Additional Job Description:

Candidates for this position should be enthusiastic to pick up new skills during the course of their internship, and the ideal candidate will be willing to pursue additional learning and training and obtain OMG Systems Modeling certification and/or further study in Systems Engineering. This internship will be onsite at Draper's Cambridge, MA campus, with the ability to occasionally work from home.
Required Qualifications:
Student currently working toward a Master's Degree or PhD in Aerospace Engineering, or related degree. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Science should already be completed.
Due to the nature of Draper's work, US citizenship is required
MATLAB and Simulink experience. Ideally, the applicant will have completed a course in Dynamic Systems Modeling or Control Systems.
Some experience with scientific programming with Python

Familiarity with aerospace systems and related sciences
