Mitch Livingston has served as President & CEO of NJM Insurance Company since April 2018.

Mr. Livingston joined NJM in 2006. His gained experiences and responsibilities within and outside the legal department over the next several years culminated in his promotion to Vice President and Corporate Counsel in 2011. In 2013, Mr. Livingston was named Senior Vice President and Corporate Counsel, the same year he was elected to NJM's Board of Directors. In 2016, he was named Executive Vice President, prior to being promoted to Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel in 2017.

Carol Voorhees has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer since April 2018.

Ms. Voorhees joined NJM in 1996 as a systems analyst. During the next decade, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the Information Technology Department and was named Director of IT Business Relations in 2007. She earned promotions to Assistant Vice President in 2011 and Vice President in 2017. In January 2018 she joined the Company's executive leadership team.

Ms. Voorhees leads the Information Technology Department and is active in NJM's strategic planning efforts. She was also instrumental in creating the Company's Program Management Office (PMO) and Customer Experience Office (CXO), both of which she continues to lead. During her time in the PMO she planned and executed major technology and operational upgrades to support NJM's strategic goals of improving the customer experience and preparing the Company to meet the needs of an ever-changing marketplace.

Tracy McManimon has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Underwriting Officer of NJM Insurance Company since April 2017.

Ms. McManimon joined NJM in 1986 as a Personal Lines customer service representative. Over the course of the next 30 years, she took on positions of increasing responsibility in underwriting, pricing, reinsurance and product development, culminating with her promotion in 2007 to Vice President.

In her current role, Ms. McManimon leads NJM's commercial and personal lines of business, which include the Garden State's largest book of workers' compensation insurance and the second largest book of personal auto insurance.

Chris Malone has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of NJM Insurance Company since March 2019.

Mr. Malone joined the Company after more than 25 years in the property and casualty industry, gaining experience in areas such as strategic planning, financial reporting, marketing, field operations, and product management. In his current role, he is responsible for the Company's financial, actuarial, and enterprise risk management departments. Mr. Malone also serves as a member of NJM's executive leadership team, which is responsible for corporate strategic planning efforts.

Experienced Chief Investment Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the insurance industry. Skilled in Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Fixed Income, Equities, and Investments. Strong finance professional with a Master of Business Administration - MBA focused in Finance from Fordham University.

Angelina Casciano is a Senior Executive Assistant to the CFO at NJM Insurance Group and is based in Princeton, New Jersey. She has worked as Executive Assistant at Ramboll, Executive Assistant at WELLS FARGO & COMPANY/MN, and Recertification Chair at Central Jersey IAAP. Angelina attended PR Institute of Technology.
