Mr. Westhoven joined New Jersey Natural Gas in November 1990. In his role as Senior Vice President of NJR Energy Services (NJRES), he is responsible for natural gas supply acquisitions, negotiating transportation agreements and the continued growth and development of NJRES. Prior to his current position, he worked in the engineering and gas supply departments, before becoming a Director, and eventually Vice President of Energy Trading at NJRES. Mr. Westhoven earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Catholic University and is an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the energy industry and regulated government entities. Strong professional skilled in Corporate Strategy, Crisis Management, Environmental Sustainability, Policy Analysis, and Land Use.

Ms. Mullan joined New Jersey Resources (NJR) in April 2015. As Chief Human Resources Officer, she is responsible for designing and managing NJR’s programs and strategies to maximize the potential of its workforce, including labor and employee relations, team building and training, strategic workforce planning and compensation and benefits initiative. Prior to joining NJR, Ms. Mullan served as Director and Senior Vice President of Human Resources in North America for Willis Group Holdings, a leading global risk advisor, insurance and reinsurance broker. Ms. Mullan holds a Masters of Business Administration from Rider University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. She is certified as a senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and holds a Society of Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional (SCP) designation. She currently serves as a member of the New Jersey Salvation Army Advisory Board, as well as a member of the American Gas Association and New Jersey Utilities Association Human Resources Committees.

Jacqueline K Shea is a VP/CIO at New Jersey Resources and is based in Wall Twp, New Jersey. She has worked as Chief Information Officer at Godiva. Jacqueline works or has worked as Senior VP:Info Technology/CIO at Tommy Hilfiger Usa Inc.. She studied at University at Albany between 1982 and 1985 and State University of New York.
