Previous inventory and financial management experience required. Mid to high-level proficiency with MS Office. Working knowledge of POS, inventory, or other retail-specific software is preferred or required. Skills to manage financial results, including labor, sales, and profit margin. Valid Food Handler's Card, Alcohol Server Permit, and ServSafe Certification required. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, gross profits, percentages, and sales.
