Significant experience managing the union grievance process, including serving as a key point of contact and overseeing grievance activities. Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, or a related discipline. Knowledge of West Virginia state and federal labor laws, especially the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Strong influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of effectively multitasking and managing competing priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
