Though smaller, the stores will still offer customer favorites, including an ample selection of fresh, seasonal produce, meat and seafood, prepared foods like sandwiches and pre-packed meals, breads, alcohol, and supplements, as well as a handpicked range of local specialties and our own 365 by Whole Foods Market brand. Team Members will have the exciting opportunity to be cross-trained and work throughout various departments, constantly learning about new products and areas of the store. Responsibilities: + Provide exceptional customer service and address the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. + Will be cross-trained and work in multiple areas throughout the store, including cashiering/SCO, coffee venue, facing, and stocking. + Supports the auditing of store tags, signs, and scale prices to confirm tag / signage / price accuracy. + Rotate products and remove out-of-date products. + Be aware of new products and their placement. + Support the highest retail standards are being met. + Follow all Daily Shop program, goals, and all Standards Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Participate in fiscal period and quarter end inventories. + Communicate all pertinent information to leadership. + Stay informed on all company and store level information from leadership. + Complete all required training on time. + Maintain a positive work environment. + Use courteous and proper phone etiquette when answering the phones and pages. + Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices. + Support overall store cleanliness and maintenance.
