Compensation
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes incentives, benefits, and other opportunities at PODS. The Operations Support is responsible for controlling freight forwarding shipments into and out of the station across various modes of transportation based on customer requests. The primary focus is on providing a high-level operations excellence and a quality customer service experience to all customers while maintaining station KPI's.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Tracking and tracing outbound shipments
