Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for running established processes, driving optimization and cost-savings initiatives, leading technician teams and operator training. Job Duties: Execute optimization and cost savings manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs. Oversee the running of established processes Lead team of technicians who serve as line operator experts Implement and lead operator training programs to improve process capability, standard work compliance and troubleshooting effectiveness.
