Pros of working at New Relic

Very smart people. Great attitudes.

Cons of working at New Relic

Losing sales velocity, acquired by private equity. No upward mobility. Multiple layoffs, including 'fake' terminations for poor performance.

Changed CEO recently, which is a change for the better.

'people first' is a lie.
