Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior coaching or playing experience Strong knowledge of the sport, including rules, techniques, and strategy. Ability to lead, mentor, and connect with high school student-athletes. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). ?Follow all MSHSL, Gopher Conference and Region 2A polices. Must meet all school district and state requirements for coaching and pass required background checks. Working Conditions: Practices and games are held after school hours and on weekends. Must be able to perform physical tasks such as demonstrating drills, setting up equipment, and supervising outdoor activities. Required to travel for games, camps, or tournaments.
