Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of clients environment and medications.
Supervise, monitor, and participate in programmatic activities to ensure consistent therapeutic effect. Understand and employ level system, rules, terminology, and group dynamics.
Understand and consistently employ behavioral management techniques. Apply techniques for the prevention of therapeutic holding procedures, monitoring for sharps and contraband during room searches to ensure safe environment.
Transport clients (optional)
Assist and encourage clients in the completion of assignments
Participate in professional staffing and meetings in order to communicate the progress of individual clients.
Carry out various responsibilities related to the recreational and activities of clients when assigned by the Program Manager..
Carry out other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the program.
Assist clients in the shopping, recreation planning, and preparation process.
Keep track of clients day-to-day progress within the facility to report to clinical staff within daily shift notes.
Assists clients in learning life skills.
Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Training and experience:
One year of experience in working with young adult treatment and/or care giving settings preferred. Must possess a current certificate for CPR and first aid or willing to receive this training.
Knowledge Required:
Must demonstrate understanding of and ability to apply behavioral/psychological theory and principles, as well as treatment approaches for young adult psychopathology. Ability to manage and accurately provide designated medications to clients.
Working Conditions
The primary work environment is the facility itself. Other environments include, but are not limited to: gym, swimming pool, field of outdoor activities, etc.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp. Ability to express and exchange ideas via spoken word during activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, sometimes quickly and loudly. Work requires a minimum standard of visual acuity with or without correction that will enable people in the role to complete administrative and clerical tasks and visually observe clients on the unit and in therapeutic activities.

Report all changes in a resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Change Nurse as soon as practical.
Report all accidents and incidents you observe on the shift that they occur
Ensure that the resident's room is ready for receiving the resident (i.e., bed made, name tags up, admissions kit available, etc.).
Greet residents and escort them to their rooms.
Transport residents to new rooms or to the receiving area
Assist with loading/unloading residents from vehicles as necessary
Participate in and receive the nursing report upon reporting for duty.
Assist residents with daily dental and mouth care (i.e., brushing teeth/dentures, oral hygiene, special mouth care, etc.).
Assist residents with bath functions (i.e., bed bath, tub or shower bath, etc.) as directed
Observe and report the presence of pressure areas and skin breakdowns to prevent decubitus ulcers (bedsores).
Report injuries of an unknown source, including skin tears.
Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures and as instructed by your supervisors.
Follow work assignments and/or work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks.
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel, as well as other Community personnel, to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information. Report known or suspected incidents of unauthorized disclosure of such information.
Monitor nursing care to ensure that all residents are treated fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

+ Good written communication skills
+ 1-2 years experience preferred
+ Proficient in Microsoft office preferred
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
+ Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft regularly
**Responsibilities**
+ Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
+ Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
+ Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
+ Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
Training and experience:
One year of experience in working with young adult treatment and/or care giving settings preferred. Must possess a current certificate for CPR and first aid or willing to receive this training.
Knowledge Required:
Must demonstrate understanding of and ability to apply behavioral/psychological theory and principles, as well as treatment approaches for young adult psychopathology. Ability to manage and accurately provide designated medications to clients.
Working Conditions
The primary work environment is the facility itself. Other environments include, but are not limited to: gym, swimming pool, field of outdoor activities, etc.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, and grasp.
