New Saint Andrew's College is a small, private school in Moscow, Idaho, that offers rigorous academics and a unique approach to Christian education. The environment also affords many opportunities for outdoor recreation and exploration. The school's select degree programs combine classical studies with Christian theology and spirituality. Degrees include: * BA in Liberal Arts and Culture * Master's in Theology and Letters * Master's in Classical Christian Studies Students in all degree programs study classical Greek and Latin literature and philosophy. They also study the Bible and Christianity. In all classes, students also examine material from a Christian perspective. Surrounding the Moscow campus are picturesque mountains, rivers and nature trails. Many students, therefore, participate in such activities as mountain climbing, skiing, hiking, camping and whitewater rafting. Admissions to New Saint Andrew's are competitive. Prospective students must submit an admissions application with transcripts, three letters of recommendation and three essays. One of the essays should give a detailed description of the applicant's Christian faith. New Saint Andrew's College has a “no financial aid” policy to avoid loans and student debt. However, they do offer a number of academic scholarships. Additionally, New Saint Andrew's has a “tuition lock” policy. This means that students pay the same tuition, from their first year to their last.
