    For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD"). Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery. Job Summary: Provides individual, group, and family counseling to patients as required. Works with multidisciplinary treatment team consisting of Medical Director, Program Director, Counselors and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patient and to assist in their overall well-being. Provides clinical supervision to clinical staff, audits patient records, and helps train counselors when necessary. Senior Counselor roles are designed for clinics with less than 350 patients. Essential Functions: * Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the clinic * Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through the Program Director or Regional Director, of any significant treatment events which occur in their respective area and make prudent recommendations to address the same. * Will provide patient care to a patient caseload as determined by the center's needs. * Provide or assist with quarterly quality assurance program reviews. * Assist in achieving and maintaining three-year accreditation status through recognized accrediting bodies. * Provide reports as requested. * Provide clinical supervision to clinical staff as required. * Reviews, signs and dates all appropriate documentation required. * Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups. * Reports patient abuse, neglect and exploitation as required. * Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises. * Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized. * Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual. * Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA) * Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements. * Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations. * Participates in all staff meetings * Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies. * Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the propriety data and rights of the company. * Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic, region or corporate leadership. MVP counselors bring energy, creativity, flexibility, and leadership as they guide campers through structured sports sessions, downtime activities, and exciting off-campus adventures across Florida. The MVP Camp Counselor, Summer 2026 is responsible for leading, supervising, engaging, and supporting MVP campers throughout their daily schedule. Counselors manage check-in points during the day-where they run games, lead group activities, and ensure smooth transitions between sports, meals, and events. MVP counselors engage campers of varying skill, comfort, and maturity levels, and help create a positive, inclusive, high-energy environment. This role includes escorting campers on off-campus trips throughout Florida and may require evening and weekend availability. Key Responsibilities: Camper Engagement & Daily Activity Leadership - Lead check-in points throughout the day and engage campers in games, team activities, and age-appropriate competitions. Provide energetic, enthusiastic involvement in all daily activities, ensuring every camper feels included, supported, and motivated. Maintain flexibility when working with campers of diverse personalities, interests, and skill levels. Create engaging downtime experiences that promote fun, community, and personal growth. Supervision & Safety - Supervise MVP campers (ages 10-12) across campus including fields, sports complexes, dining areas, and common spaces. Escort and oversee campers during off-campus trips across various Florida locations, ensuring safety, structure, and enjoyment. Support adherence to IMG Academy rules, standards, and behavior guidelines. Monitor camper behavior, participation, well-being, and interactions, addressing concerns promptly and appropriately. Communication & Camper Support - Serve as a positive role model and approachable mentor for MVP campers. Communicate effectively with coaches, administrative staff, and parents as needed. Assist campers with transitions, social dynamics, and daily routines. Help acclimate campers to camp expectations, sports schedules, and community norms. Program Operations - Contribute to planning and facilitating recreational activities and experiences for MVP campers. Help maintain a positive, healthy, enriching camp environment. Participate in emergency and safety procedures including weather protocols, illnesses, injuries, or crisis situations. Communicate regularly with Student Life Leadership regarding camper successes, challenges, and noteworthy updates. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth and successful camp operation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (education, recreation, youth development, sports, or related fields preferred). Strong customer service abilities and communication skills. Experience engaging with youth, especially pre-teen age groups (10-12 preferred). High energy, adaptability, and comfort interacting with large groups of students. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with PC systems and MS Office. Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual or multilingual Previous summer camp or youth sports experience Background in recreation, education, or counseling First Aid and CPR Certification Experience in crisis response or conflict mediation Experience as a youth or collegiate athlete Physical Demands & Work Environment: Ability to lift, move, push, and pull items over 40 lbs. Comfortable being outdoors in Florida weather for extended periods. Must be able to move throughout campus including fields, courts, gyms, and turfs. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
