COUNSELOR-5 JOB DESCRIPTION New Season For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder ("OUD").
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
* New Season operates a number of nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers dedicated to helping individuals with prescription drug abuse and/or opiate addiction regain control of their lives.

Essential Functions:
* Works with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
* Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
* Completes patient psychosocial and an individualized treatment plan within the required time frame.
* Identifies any clinical/case management needs and works to address those needs.
* Performs individual, group, and family counseling as required.
* Performs direct one-on-one patient couneling weekly through individual or group counseling.
* Reports patient abuse, neglect and exploitation as required.
* Reports patient grievances as required.
* Educates patient in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
* Obtains Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
* Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
* Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
* Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
* Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
* Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
* Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
* Participates in all staff meetings
* Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies.
* Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary data and rights of the company.
* Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic, region or corporate leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Education/Licensure/Certification:
* Experience in substance abuse field is not required, but preferred
* Qualified candidates will hold one of the following licenses; LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC
* Experience Required:
* Minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse is preferred
* Skill and Ability:
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable and reliable

As a Substance Abuse Counselor you'll engage with your patients with individual, group, and/or family counseling. You'll work with a collaborative treatment team consisting of our Medical Director, Program Director, Treatment Services Coordinator, Counselors and Nurses to identify and meet the clinical needs of the patient and to assist in their overall well-being.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain individuals' health

In this role position, you will manage front desk and administrative responsibilities while receiving hands-on training in our esthetic treatments, preparing you to grow into esthetician role over time. You will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a welcoming, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience with exceptional customer service. During the first 12 months, your primary focus will be on front desk operations, client communications, and supporting business development through community outreach, lead generation, and referrals.
Location: 5331 E Mockingbird Ln #130, Dallas, TX 75206
Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month
Compensation: $16+/hr (base on experience) with Incentive and Commission
What You Will Do:
Lead and motivate the center team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Work with the team to develop and execute action plans.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the center sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
Greet all visitors with a friendly attitude, complete check-in process and connect them with the appropriate OrangeTwist team member
Answer phones and center email in a courteous and professional and timely manner; takes messages, answer questions, schedule appointments, or direct call as needed
Up-sell products and services to clients and process payments
Receive and sort daily mail; prepares and forwards outgoing mail and packages
Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, organizing and maintain file system, files correspondence and other records
Partner with Center Management to order and maintains supplies and keep reception area organized and clean
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
Acquire and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, OrangeTwist membership, & rewards and financial programs.
Knowledge of OrangeTwist treatments and procedures.
Undergo hands-on training in OrangeTwist's treatment protocols and skincare services
Qualifications:
Currently in esthetics program

Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program
State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology
Current and Valid State Esthetician License to practice in the state
Valid Laser Certification preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
