Here are a few things you can expect to do as a Food Service Worker at SSP America:
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system
Receive payment from the customer and process change
Responsible for set-up, regular maintenance, cleaning, and break-down of any machinery and equipment
Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
Return all items used during your shift to the proper place, clean and organize all work and storage areas (including all coolers and refrigerators), empty and re-line all trash containers
Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards

This person will prepare accurate estimates for projects by gathering information from construction plans and specifications. This person will provide knowledge of cost and benefits that support profitable business decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical skills and an analytical mindset.
Role & Responsibilities:
Responsible for GMPs, lump sum bidding, and bid package coordination
Perform quantity takeoffs (PlanSwift)
Attend Prebid meetings, site visits and bid turn ins
Prepare work to be estimated by gathering specs, plans and proposals. Review and verify scope of work
Prepare accurate and complete cost estimates (HeavyBid)
Prepare detailed instructions to bidders, trade specific clarifications and comprehensive bid packages.
Solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, qualify proposals
Develop and maintain subcontractor/supplier list. Actively increase subcontractor pool
Develop strong, professional relationships with key vendors and customers
Demonstrate ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to make reliable predictions as it relates to cost and be comfortable estimating across all scopes of work
Complete Post Bid Activities
Requirements:
Experience with civil site development (earthwork, underground wet/dry utilities and flatwork)
Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study preferred
Ability to read plans and specifications
Experience with HeavyBid or similar software
Proficient with Microsoft Office & takeoff software such as PlanSwift
High sense of accountability and ability to handle multiple priorities at once
Self-motivated
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Team oriented, cooperative, and collaborative
