What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.
Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.
Examine, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and all relevant transactions, and assess risk within established limits.
Enforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state laws and regulations.
Participate in audits and compliance reviews as directed by the corporate office or District Manager.
Supervise and maintain office security including cash management and loss prevention by verifying and documenting cash overages/shortages, vault, inventory, deposits, and expenses.
Conduct proper opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties.
Participate in the selection, review, hiring, and retention of new employees.
Develop work schedules in accordance with budget, workloads, and store needs. Ensure the store is staffed for optimal performance.
Handle complex customer situations that arise with integrity and professionalism.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.*
