David Strobelt, an active member of the NRF CIO Council, and member of eCommerce Operations Summit advisory group, has over 25 years of progressive professional experience in Retail IT, and over 20 years in Supply Chain. In 2019, he joined New York & Company (Retailwinds) as EVP/CIO.

He has been on the cutting edge of IT: implementing digital commerce platforms across all selling points (POS, web, mobile, help desk, ESP, and omni-solutions) at specialty retailers such as Modell's Sporting Goods, Gymboree, Lane Bryant, and Gap Inc. David's IT implementation and oversight experience spans the entire Retail technical footprint. He is an expert in establishing best-in-class global IT delivery teams.

He has over 20 years of strategic and operational experience in supply chain. At Deloitte Consulting, he worked directly with C-level executives for 18+ companies to lead large-scale IT, supply chain strategy and operational improvements. While at Gymboree, he envisioned and initiated new distribution centers in Columbus, Ohio and Shanghai, China. He oversaw distribution & logistic operations for all channels at Modell’s Sporting Goods.

David has established himself as an effective and trusted business partner within a diverse range of company cultures. He is viewed as one of the sharpest minds and strategic thinkers in IT, Supply Chain and unified commerce, and has a knack for bringing fun and energy to the boardroom as freely as he does within his own teams.

Patti Schnably Shields is a Co-Owner at The Horse & Hound Delgany and EVP/Chief Merchant at New York & Company and is based in Delgany, County Wicklow, Ireland. She has worked as Stores/Buying - Kids at Macy's Inc, Principal/Speaker/Consultant at Europe Based Retail Consultant, and Executive Vice President/GMM - Merchandising/Product Development/Fashion&Trend/Marketing/Visual at Charlotte Russe. Patti attended Wake Forest University between 1986 and 1990 and Cumberland Valley School District between 1982 and 1986.
