Position Overview:
The Associate Director, Account Management is responsible for managing the planning, execution, issue resolution and day to day account management functions of an assigned high profile and limited client portfolio and team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction in the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBM) market segment including Health Systems, Employer Groups, Pubilic Entities, Labor/Union and Small Market.
Additionally, this position will lead and collaborate with internal Capital Rx teams/departments on the development of standard operating procedures and best practices in support of Account Management and PBM Services Account Management needs to operate efficiently and at scale in accordance with the policies and practices of Capital Rx.
This position manages Account Managers, Account Coordinators and and may include other designated member of the PBM Account Management Team (i.e. Subject Matter Specialist, PBM Services). This position reports to Director-level supervisors in the PBM vertical.
Position Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support a team of account managers and/or account coordinators to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and performance.
* Support clients in a leadership capacity, focusing on escalation management and relationship development.
* Manage high profile but limited client book.
* Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and address challenges.
* Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in PBM services.
* Handle escalations and provide strategic guidance to resolve client issues efficiently.
* Serve as the point of contact for key clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
* Lead team in the form of account managers and/or account coordinators to ensure proactive and effective communication with clients.
* Support implementation teams with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of PBM services.
* Proactively address client concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.
* Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to manage escalations and resolve conflicts.

Required Qualifications:

* Oversee, drive and lead the Operational Risk Management Framework.
* Oversee risk governance, including committee agendas, documentation, and annual refresh of risk appetite statements.
* Conduct an independent review of enterprise risk management across the 1st and 2nd lines and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Develop and maintain a country risk assessment framework to analyze and assess geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks associated with operating in various countries.
* Lead relevant stakeholders to create an ESG framework that complies with applicable laws, reflects Acrisure's values and assesses ESG risks and opportunities.
* Produce aggregate risk profile reporting at the parent company level, supported by the assessment unit risk profiles.

Summary
The Senior Director will lead a distributed team of meeting and event professionals focused on end to end planning and oversight of high quality meeting and event experiences. This person is expected to personally apply creativity and expertise to the design and execution of high level stakeholder experiences, dinners, client meetings, and national sales incentive trips. This role requires a professional with extensive event experience, strong vendor management capabilities, and networked relationships to Philadelphia's top-tier hospitality and dining venues.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and strategic direction in planning and executing high-impact executive meetings, dinners, and hospitality events at both local and national levels
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with premier venues and renowned chefs in the Philadelphia area to deliver exceptional event experiences
Design and manage top tier sales incentive travel programs that drive performance and reward top talent
Oversee the development and execution of internal Company sales conferences, C-suite management events, and in-person executive town halls
Lead internal event planning team and manage key external partners to ensure seamless execution
Ensure all events consistently reflect brand standards and compliance expectations
Apply critical thinking and sound judgement to navigate and resolve unexpected circumstances as they arise with professionalism and agility
Qualifications:

Experience managing high-level stakeholders and incentive travel
