Job Summary
This position is responsible for representing clients in all areas of insurance defense practice, handling cases that are primarily low to moderate in complexity and exposure. Manages all phases of cases from intake to resolution.
Essential Job Functions
Litigates low to moderate complexity and exposure cases and performs duties necessary from intake to trial and/or settlement. This includes but is not limited to preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.

Consults with the Claims Department on the legal aspects of files and jurisdictional issues.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision of Branch Office Supervisors and Registered Representatives for broker dealer and investment advisory functions; provide supervision, guidance, advice, and training.
Maintain files required by the WSPs to be maintained at the branch location for each Branch Office Supervisor and Registered Representatives.
Assist in the creation of new branch offices and the development of existing offices.
Participate in regulatory examinations within the assigned region.
Review and accept or deny requests for non-registered locations.
Monitor the activities of Branch Office Supervisors, Registered Representatives and NRLs within the region in accordance with the Firm's written supervisory procedures.
Monitor the performance of Branch Office Supervisors to ensure they are able to properly supervise the number of Registered Representatives assigned to them.
Designate, reviews and remove Branch Office Supervisor status as needed.
Makes decisions for acceptance or denial of new applicants and, when necessary, for the suspension or termination of Branch Office Supervisors and Registered Representatives.
Visit branch offices periodically to review and monitor for adherence to company policies and procedures.

Review and monitor Branch Office Supervisor and Field Representative emails to ensure compliance with Firm policies.
Handle calls and inquires during regions office hours to ensure inquiries are resolved satisfactorily, including incoming calls on the RBM call line.

The employee must be familiar with company guidelines and unusual situations to analyze the in-force term contract.
The Sr. Processor initiates appropriate resolution or referral to the underwriter/coordinator upon same day completion of H.O. input.

Summary
This role is responsible for driving sales by proactively and reactively marketing Transamerica as a premier provider of voluntary benefit insurance products. Qualifications

Summary
Responsible for the distribution of Transamerica life insurance products for a defined territory in partnership with a field based Regional Vice President (RVP) and Internal Sales Partner.
Responsibilities
Develop new business and maintain existing business relationships by conducting web-based sales meetings with World Financial Group (WFG) agents, with focus on how to position the product to have better conversations and outcomes with clients, ultimately driving Transamerica life production and retaining market share.
Emphasis on sales activities for new agent onboarding to increase the number of first-time agents writing Transamerica business and growing existing agent production.
Provide WFG associates with up-to-date information on Transamerica products and timely business building ideas.
Run national campaigns to grow Transamerica sales and market share including reach out to prospective WFG associates within targeted campaigns.

Review equity position and prepare necessary equity analysis for potential charge off.
Provide sale results to investor, MI companies and other necessary parties, updating systems as required.
Work with attorneys to ensure proper reporting of foreclosure status to investors.
Manage a variety of assigned tasks to hold, close or proceed with foreclosure taking action within the required service level agreement.
Complete daily Sale Result QC for Foreclosure team. Monitor, distribute and respond to emails sent to Team email boxes. Receive, review and distribute legal mail received in Customer Asset Management (CAM) pertaining to residential property in which the bank has an interest, to avoid risk of loss to the bank or its investors and work with in house counsel and management to determine if external counsel must be engaged to represent M&T.
Request checks for disbursement of bid deposit, senior lien payoff and settlements.
Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies.
Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
