You've successfully passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE ) Exam

Familiarity with network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL/TLS).

Team: Program Design Group - Build Team Production & Post-Production Support
The Program Design Group (“PDG”) is the internal team responsible for enabling and delivering technology solutions for the 1L FCR department. PDG partners with internal 1L FCR teams, Platforms, Technology and Operations to design, build, enhance, and support the systems that enable AML, KYC, screening, onboarding, and other client-risk processes within the first line of defense.
The Build Team delivers end-to-end technology solutions for 1L FCR, including requirements writing, functional design, UAT, and production/post-production support. The Production and Post-Implementation Support function provides structured triage, investigation, requirement refinement, and coordination for all issues raised after deployment. Primary Responsibilities:
Intake, log, and track production and post-production items raised by Financial Crimes Risk stakeholders in Jira/Excel
Monitor, triage, and support resolution of production and post-production items
Analyze issues to determine whether they represent defects, requirements gaps, enhancements, or net-new build requests
Perform structured root-cause analysis by comparing system behavior against business requirements, functional designs, UAT results, QA findings, workflow steps, and other relevant artifacts to determine what went wrong and why

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100K-$125K per year at the commencement of employment. (counsel, developers, syndicators, investors, government agencies).
Review and analyze complex legal documentation, including loan

Exhibit a strong understanding of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits
(LIHTC) and other tax credit programs, ensuring compliance requirements are meticulously integrated into the closing process.
Oversee the satisfaction of all pre-closing conditions, track critical
deadlines, and manage the collection and review of all required
documentation.
Facilitate the ordering and review of third-party reports, title insurance, and surveys.
Prepare and/or review closing statements, disbursement schedules, and

Proactively identify and resolve potential closing issues, collaborating with all parties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction completion.
Broader Transaction Management & Lifecycle Support:
Contribute to the build and development of processes to support loan
origination and lifecycle management for a variety of loan types, including corporate, commercial, real estate, structured, syndicated, and bilateral loans, as well as trade finance.
Assist with the creation and continuous improvement of processes,
standards, procedures, controls, and training for transaction management.
Aid in the design, implementation, testing, and rollout of technology

Qualifications

The IT Service Management Request Management Process Analyst is a key member of the IT Service Management Office and supports the end-to-end management of one or more ITSM processes.
As an IT Service Management Request Management Process Specialist, you will help create, develop, and be accountable for both short, medium, and long-term continuous improvement strategy for the Technology Request Management process at Citi. Working with ITSM process owners, operational execution/delivery owners, along with customers and stakeholders, you will help set process strategy, develop and operate a continual service improvement roadmap across process, technology, and people while supporting ongoing audit, risk, and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Define and refresh the enterprise ITSM process strategy aligned to ITIL v4, business goals, risk tolerance, and customer experience goals
Working in conjunction with key stakeholders, for developing and executing Citi's IT Request Management strategy globally and enterprise wide. This includes establishing Citi's IT Request Management roadmap for both process and tooling
Support governance boards and councils; secure alignment on priorities, funding, and KPIs
Drive an integrated model linking process, service, platform, and data decisions
Maintain authoritative standards procedures and control objectives; ensure audit readiness.
Standardize process and workflows to improvement efficiency and reduce operational risk
Own the backlog of process enhancements, prioritizing by value, risk reduction, and strategic fit.
Partner with stakeholders to shepherd improvements from ideation through realization.
Serve as the “voice of the process” to executives, platform teams, and frontline support
Tailor messaging, visuals, and tone of communications to audiences for clear, data-drive decision making

Stay active in ITSM communities, conferences, and analyst briefings; inject external best practices into the roadmap
For changes to tooling, conduct end-to-end testing of processes, documenting technical testing and end-user UAT testing scenarios.
End-user training when process/tooling changes are introduced, including, conducting application and implemented business process demonstrations and trainings to end-users and stakeholders, and conducting one-way and two-way live and recorded interactive training sessions for small, medium, and large audiences including preparation of material and voice-overlays.
