Qualifications for the role

* 5+ Years Field service project experience with an electrical OEM, experience leading long term field assignments, and field quality assurance delivery focusing on procedures and implementation.
* Ability to travel 80-100% of the time within North America and ability to be away from home for extended periods.
* Strong understanding of site commissioning and oversight of engineered solutions including IEC61850 projects.
* Ability to develop and implement test, start-up, and commissioning plans with third party Cx agents.

Responsibilities
* Manage all NYPA community throughout assigned region to further NYPA's goals, projects, and mission
* Represent NYPA in various community organizations to drive policy that benefits NYPA and our customers
* Share any NYPA related news immediately and be prepared to handle regional crises and create an emergency notification system to notify local, state and federal officials through all means necessary
* Collaborate with multiple internal business units to be responsive and maintain a positive brand
* Manage community relations team at assigned region
* Set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Complete performance reviews, salary administration, succession planning and resource balancing.
NYC Community Relations:
* Manage and oversee all NYPA community programs throughout NYC, to further NYPA's goals, projects, and mission
* Cultivate productive relationships with elected officials, business leaders, and civic groups to hear their concerns, keep them apprised of NYPA's initiatives, and leverage company goals
* Collaborate with multiple internal business units to ensure responsiveness and maintain a positive brand
