Job Description
Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and customer service framework communication.
Following up with all inbound calls by finding a resolution, documenting/relaying messages, and/or handling soft transfers as needed
Assist with appointment scheduling related calls, follow up on missed appointments and confirmation calls (outbound calls)
Triage all calls & callers to determine if it is a request/inquiry, complaint or grievance, to escalate, resolve and conduct service recovery.
Identify and escalate emergency distress and/or client safety concerns calls to Senior Clerical for guidance or further escalation to management and/or clinical supervisors.
Document and complete Call Center Form for data call log. Fulfill surveys/reports issued by Call Center Supervisor as needed.
Complete Call Center task assignments provided by management team
Maintain consistency with achieving daily/weekly phone operations and performance metrics and goals.
Maintain confidentiality and always comply to HIPAA regulations.
Assist with intake calls for case management as needed for coverage and staff call outs.
Provide support to the clinical team and chart maintenance as needed.
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Senior Clerical Team
Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be fully Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must have 1 to 2 years of Call Center Representative experience in a fast paced office, preferably in medical or community mental health office, is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Must have the ability to learn new software
Possesses the personality and demeanor to work with difficult clients
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
Must be a team player
Thrives under pressure in an outpatient client environment

Job Description
Manage a 85+ caseload of Health Home Care clients
Assist in developing a Comprehensive Care Plan

Responsibilities:
Process all intake referrals (walk-ins, fax, phone, email on a daily basis)
Maintain a caseload of an average of 50-60 clients and conducted adequate outreach
Gather all pertinent information to process the referral including previous history of psychiatric or mental health treatment, assess for any developmental delays if any, explore academic or work-related difficulties and review criminal or history
Review and check sex offender registry
Enter the referrals in IMA (electronic health record) and scan all necessary documents in IMA
Scheduling intake appointments in IMA
Email information to the main office as needed for scheduled intake appointments such as all adults intakes and foster care
Verify Medicaid eligibility to ensure that a potential client has proper medical coverage
Collaborate with referring agencies and provide an update on the status of a referral
Provide referral sources as appropriate for non-admit or clients that require an alternative level of care
Scheduling ADM, PE appointments daily for admitted clients
Obtain and review Foster care referral packages and hospital packets prior to scheduling an intake appointment
Discussing and reviewing hospital referrals with administration prior to scheduling
Following up with assigned case assistance to ensure timely/appropriate reassignment
Tracking assigned referrals in IMA
Provide assistance to therapists as needed with referrals for developmental testing or other social service programs
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Associate degree in a related field or higher is required
Must possess effective communication skills, excellent organizational, and time management skills
Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task are essential

Job Description
The Training Assistant supports the professional growth and development of staff across the agency by coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring all training initiatives. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, enhances staff competency, and contributes to the agency's mission of providing high-quality mental health services. The Training Assistant serves as a central point of contact for training logistics, tracking, and communication.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full Academy training cycle, including coordinating and scheduling internal and external trainings, workshops, and continuing education opportunities for staff at all levels.
Design, develop, and implement engaging virtual training programs using instructional design principles to ensure content is interactive, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare and distribute training announcements, reminders, and instructions in a clear and timely manner.
Support trainers and facilitators by assisting with training materials, presentations, and attendance documentation.
Create and design training presentations and marketing materials, including flyers, for Academy programs.
Moderate NYPCC Academy trainings, meetings, and support groups.
Track and record training and meeting attendance for payroll processing and update employee training records in the HRIS.
Create trainings and manage registration within the Learning Management System (LMS), while maintaining accurate records in LMS, SharePoint, and ADP.
Monitor, track, and report on mandatory compliance training, following up with management to ensure timely completion.
Support new employee onboarding by delivering engaging, thorough, and informative training experiences including the coordination of onboarding, New Hire Orientation and Work Ethics when needed.
Provide administrative support to the Training Specialist team as needed.
Collect and analyze feedback to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Promote a positive, growth-oriented workplace culture by encouraging continuous learning, recognizing staff achievements, and supporting employee recognition initiatives.
Provide weekly updates on project and task status.
Generate reports for leadership, HR, and auditors as required.
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, rules, and regulations.

Job Description
The Front Desk Receptionist performs routine clerical and administrative work in answering telephones, assisting clients and visitors, providing assistance, crucial support to prescribers, clinical reporting and scheduling.
Greet and welcome clients and visitors directing them appropriately upon arrival
Check clients in and out on electronic health record system
Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls as needed
Perform general office duties inclusive but not limited to scanning, faxing, and making copies

Answer all inbound calls with professionalism and customer service framework communication.
Following up with all inbound calls by finding a resolution, documenting/relaying messages, and/or handling soft transfers as needed

Job Description
This is a full-time position that will be located at our new Child and Family Mental Health Clinic in Jackson Heights (Queens, NY).
Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and adults
Develop, implement, and review treatment plans
Write progress notes for all sessions conducted
Evaluate and assess clients
Maintain and update clinical records
Provide case management and/or crisis intervention
Attend clinical supervision and staff meetings
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Qualifications
Master's Degree from an accredited school in Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling is a must
LMSW, LCSW, MHC, or LMHC's are welcome to apply
Bilingual English/Spanish is a must
Outstanding engagement, interpersonal communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staff
Ability to manage time effectively to ensure documentation compliance
Exceptional writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Job Description

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other disciplines, including clinical and clerical staff
Excellent assessment, diagnostic and psychopharmacological treatment skills
Strong clinical skills working with individuals with mental illness

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, to assist children and adults of diverse backgrounds, ages, ethnicities and sexual preferences.
Must be registered as a NY State Medicaid provider. Must have a DEA# and an individual NPI #.
