Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
To perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures and PET/CT procedures in adherence to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and State of Delaware Regulations and to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal regulations as specified in NRC and state licenses. Complies with JCAHO regulations.
Performs Nuclear Medicine and/or PET/CT procedures and quality control as defined by department protocols.
Demonstrates complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of all contrast media injectors.
Completes all technical assigned imaging and non-imaging procedures in the designated scheduled times.
Performs IV, IM, subcutaneous, and intradermal injections. Performs accurate dose calculations.
Completes transmission of optimum quality images to PACS system, able to digitize films, and know how to use a CD burner, if available.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Associates Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
One year experience preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge, skills, and abilities relating to neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient care.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities related to nuclear medicine and PET/CT procedures, techniques, radiation safety, quality control, and performance improvement practices, stress test monitoring, and EKG's.
Knowledge of and ability to abide by departmental standards, procedures, protocols, policies and guidelines.
Knowledge of and ability to use nuclear medicine and PET/CT cameras, computers, and laboratory equipment.
Ability to abide by local, state, and federal regulations.

You will contribute by:

Be the Pharmacy Director You've Always Strived to Be
Convey the mission of the hospital and organization to pharmacy staff, holding them accountable for performance, while motivating them to enhance and develop their capabilities.

SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION SUMMARY:
The Substance Use Disorder Program Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in addressing and managing substance abuse issues among the incarcerated patient population. Their responsibilities involve a combination of clinical supervision, treatment planning, and administrative tasks. They provide proper training and a supportive atmosphere to help employees succeed.
SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Under the clinical guidance of the SUD program director
Will provide the next level of clinical supervision to the SUD counselors assigned to a specific SUD program
Will provide clinical supervision of SUD counselor who are not licensed and credentialed to assist in license/credential obtainment
Will carry a caseload, conduct groups, complete treatment plans
Will provide coverage in the absence of SUD counselors
Will participate in local meetings as assigned
Will provide supervision coverage in the absence of the SUD director
Will assist SUD program director in obtaining all necessary information related to required reports
Will assist SUD program director in ensuring program compliance and the delivery of quality SUD services
Will provide work collaboratively with other SUD programs as needed to ensure appropriate coverage
Will work collaboratively w/ all other departments
SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM CLINICAL SUPERVISOR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or other similar degree.
Must hold a substance use certification (CADC, CAADC, licensed chemical dependency professional, or CCDP).
Prefer to be licensed - i.e., LCSW, LPC, and/or LCDP.
Must have at least 2 years' experience in an SUD treatment program.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:

SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER PROGRAM DIRECTOR (LCSW, LPC, LCDP) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or other similar degree that leads to a clinical license.
Must hold a Delaware clinical license - i.e., LCSW, LPC, LCDP or equivalent.
Certification in chemical dependency (i.e., Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor - CADC, CAADC) or certified co-occurring disorder professional (CCDP)

The Food and Beverage Director is responsible for direct oversight of the front and back of the house operations of the food and beverage program on the campus in consultation with a Dietician. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity by all members of the food and beverage service team.

Maintain established dietary standards and policies and assists the Dietitian in establishing and revising dietary policies and procedures.
Interview salespeople and purchases food and supplies, checks incoming food and supplies and directs storage location and procedures.
Record department costs, maintains inventory system, and regularly checks storage areas for stock level of staple items.
Prepare menus for distribution including processing diet changes, checking that menus for patients on special diets or with dietary restrictions comply with physicians' orders, identifying menus (normal diets and special diets) and planning meals accordingly.

Plan and assist in preparation of special meals for parties, banquets, etc.

Oversee the selection, training, evaluating, and disciplining of all dietary personnel.
Review and maintain required records and reports covering (a) number and kinds of regular and therapeutic diets, (b) prepared nutritional and caloric analyses of meals, costs of raw food and labor, (d) computation of daily meal costs, (e) inventory of equipment and supplies and (f) develops and directs department cost control procedures.
Delegate authority to supervisory staff for task details to facilitate smooth flow of materials and services.
