Key Responsibilities
Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions and referrals, social media, and speaking engagements).
Deeply understand clients' and prospective clients' needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies to help them achieve their goals.
Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high-quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase branch effectiveness and achieve desired business results.
Create a highly engaging environment in the branch of mutual trust, respect, feedback and accountability.

Compensation:

Facilitate post-acquisition integrations as relates to commercial agreements and processes.
Work on various other legal projects as directed by Flagship's VP Legal.
Knowledge in other areas of the law, including union/labor bargaining and negotiations, CBAs, M&A, privacy, IP/security, employment law, and/or trademark law, strongly preferred.
Experience with employment law, handling employee relations issues, and / or Human Resources investigations is a huge plus
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice law in any US state, and in good standing with the relevant bar association(s) in the US state(s) where licensed, but a law license is not required.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts; experience negotiating government or municipal agreements strongly preferred.
Experience using contract lifecycle management platforms to negotiate and manage the contracting process; experience with LinkSquares CLM strongly preferred.
Experience creating and managing process improvement projects from start to finish, including communicating with team members and stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
Strong verbal and written communications skills, comfortable and confident in dealing directly with customers, sales teams, and all levels of management.
Ability to assess and balance risk associated with contracts and collaborate with contract owners and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve issues.
Comfortable and adaptive to an array of technology tools (e.g., Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Practical and business savvy perspective that thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Able to operate autonomously, but also to work collaboratively as a team player.
Ability to manage multiple projects at once, strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
