Job Title: Production Associate Reports To: Production Supervisor Shift: Off-Shift 2 nd shift (3PM-11PM) Synopsis: A working member of a production team responsible for safely operating production equipment. Position is responsible for the set up and operation of equipment which blends/mixes/packages/transports liquid or dry chemicals that comprise our customer's products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sets up, starts, and runs all machinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating/safety procedures and ISO standards. Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specification and inserts into machinery, or ensures the correct ingredients are delivered to the work area and inserts pre-blended materials in machinery. Monitors production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Troubleshoots equipment and processing issues. Operates machinery to mix, extrude/discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures. Examines materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards. May take samples of materials to lab for evaluation and instructions on any batch adjustments if needed. Refers issues/problems to Production Supervisor for disposition. Performs all required machine cleaning. Completes and mains all required system inputs/transactions. Responsible for data integrity. Documents work completed as required including logs, data reports, procedures, etc. Participates in training, retraining and continual improvement processes and methods. Follow and complies with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintains departmental housekeeping standards. Other duties as assigned. Conditions Work in plant floor environment. Temperature conditions can vary significantly. Work 8 hour shifts. This is a production associate position which may progress to Senior Operator with skill verification by passing written test/field verification. Must stand or walk most of work time. Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is: To verify property occupancy. To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application. Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant. We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors. Responsibilities Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes. Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned. Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
