Mr. Pressley A. Ridgill serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Newbridge Bancorp and NewBridge Bank. He was named the President of the Company and President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in July 2007, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in July 2008. Mr. Ridgill was the President and Chief Executive Officer of FNB and its subsidiary bank, FNB Southeast prior to FNB’s merger into the Company. He has over 38 years of financial services experience. Mr. Ridgill earned a Master of Accountancy degree and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) degree from the University of South Carolina. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University’s Graduate School of Banking of the South and is a certified public accountant and a certified financial planner. Mr. Ridgill regularly attends Advanced Directors’ College courses, and the Directors’ Assembly, and is a graduate of the Directors’ College. He actively participates in community organizations throughout the Company’s footprint. Mr. Ridgill has recently been appointed to serve on the North Carolina Banking Commission. Mr. Ridgill also serves on the Board of the North Carolina Bankers Association. The North Carolina Association of CPAs recognized Mr. Ridgill as the 2004-2005 Outstanding Member in Business and Industry.

Mr. Ramsey K. Hamadi, CPA, serves as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Executive Vice President of Newbridge Bancorp and NewBridge Bank. Mr. Hamadi joined the Company and the Bank on March 25, 2009. Mr. Hamadi served as the CFO of Pulaski Financial Corp. from July 2001 to March 2009 and as the Controller of Pulaski Financial Corp from June 2000 to July 2001. Prior to joining Pulaski Financial Corp., he served as a Bank Examiner for the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Spence Broadhurst is a Senior Exec VP/Chief Sales Ofcr at Newbridge Bank. He works or has worked as Senior VP/Chief Banking Officer at Newbridge Bank.

William 'Wes' Budd is an Exec VP/Chief Credit Officer at Fnb Southeast, Exec VP/Chief Credit Officer at Newbridge Bank, and Exec VP/Chief Credit Officer at Fnb Financial Services Inc. He has experience at Sun Banks Inc and has worked as Senior VP/Chief Credit Ofcr:Newbridge Bank at Newbridge Bank, Exec VP/Chief Credit Offifcer at Lsb Bancshares Inc, and Senior Exec VP/Chief Credit Ofcr at Newbridge Bank.
