1921 - The company is reformed as Newcomb Spring by E. L. Newcomb.
1924 - George L. C. Jacobson becomes president and owner of Newcomb Spring.
1933 - George Jacobson helps to found the Spring Manufacturers Institute (now known as SMI). Newcomb Spring becomes a charter member.
1953 - A branch plant is opened in Southington, CT.
1964 - Newcomb Spring of Canada is opened in Ontario to better serve customers North of the United States border.
1978 - Newcomb opens in California, completing coast to coast coverage.
