Member Experience:

Role Overview:

JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for the staffing, organization, operation, budget, and maintenance of all activities related to QA monitoring of production activities, assuring that materials and products are inspected and released in compliance with cGMP guidelines, USP and FDA, EU requirements. Responsible for first shift QA In-Process and In-coming Groups, getting all the QA batch record documents approved for timely release of finished products and timely release of incoming materials.
Work closely with Operations (Filling and Packaging) and other groups as necessary to troubleshoot issues in the warehouse, filling and packaging floors and ensure timely reporting of events. Work closely with compliance group at times of external audits (FDA or vendors). Ensure that non-compliant situations are thoroughly investigated.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
Directs the incoming and in-process QA groups. Makes final accept/reject disposition on incoming materials, including but not limited to raw materials, components, production commodities. Assures batch is manufactured Ensures that records are reviewed and released in a timely manner.
Coordinates communication for status of incoming materials and resolves issues related to accept/reject disposition of materials.
Coordinates communication of production status to next shift; attends daily update meetings as required.
Manages personnel for in-process filling and inspection/packaging monitoring.
Provides QA review and approval of manufacturing investigations, as necessary, assuring timely review, follow-up, tracking and trending of MIRs. Provide guidance to the investigator, as required
Reviews and approves SOPs, Job-Aids, Specifications, FMEA documents, Change Controls and Validation documents (Protocols, GTR's, Commissioning Documents, FAT's), engineering documents.
Expedites and prioritizes product releases by coordinating the Review of QA documentation to meet customer service requirements.
Conducts routine investigation and departmental meetings to facilitate the performance of release function, with respect to incoming materials.
Develop and implement Quality Systems Improvements through participation in cross functional teams. Performs and/or assures cGMP and technical training for and certification of staff.
Places lots on HOLD if Quality issues are detected and notifies senior management.
Assists the QA management in developing on department budget.
Attends interdepartmental meetings representing Quality Assurance and makes sound quality decisions.
Manages attendance records for all direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
College Degree within a science related discipline such as a B.S. in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering or other related fields is required with 10+ years' experience, or Masters' Degree in Microbiology, or biological science with 3-6 years' experience
Ph.D. in relevant field with 0-3 years' experience
Preferred: Additional college courses in Microbiology, cGMPs, Statistics or Quality Management are beneficial
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in the field of Quality Assurance or Production is a must

Role Overview:
The Production Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role works closely with operations, quality, technical, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve process issues, maintain production schedules, and meet quality and EHS expectations. The coordinator also drives process improvements, supports annual shutdown planning, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the production area. This role provides leadership and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. In addition, this position manages process safety and personnel performance.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure all production equipment is operational, clean, and ready for scheduled processes, with accurate bills of materials, consumables onsite, and supporting documentation (batch records, assays, packaging requests) provided prior to start.
Collaborate with Process Engineering, EHS, QC, QA, Regulatory, and Production to ensure batch records are accurate, approved, issued on time, and that raw materials are sampled, tested, and released before batch start.
Provide guidance and training to Production shifts, update Standard Work Plans, track cycle times and yield, implement process improvements, and lead troubleshooting for equipment and production issues.
Organize and lead investigations of production deviations, EHS events, and documentation errors, managing open production TRs and ensuring batch records close within 7 days.
Monitor facility performance and drive improvements in productivity KPIs while championing Continuous Improvement initiatives, including Kaizen blitzes, 5S, and area audits.
Review, revise, and maintain Production Work Instructions, manufacturing batch records, deviations, and SOPs within the Veranova Quality system; support tech transfers, scale-up, and validation projects as needed.
Represent Production in PHAs/PSSRs, daily L2 SQDCP meetings, and weekly planning meetings; update Production Readiness Reviews and communicate impacts to the business.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers, meet with regulatory agencies during audits, and provide plant tours for visitors.
Qualifications:
Required
BS in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or relevant technical degree w/ a minimum of 3 years' manufacturing, project management, and/or product team experience in the pharmaceutical industry or
BS degree in a non-technical discipline with a minimum of 7 years' manufacturing, project management and/or product team experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

2. Occupational Health and Safety
Program Oversight: Manage, develop, and continuously review all regulatory programs (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA) and plant-specific policies (e.g., LOTO, Confined Space, Hot Work, Machine Guarding).
Hazard Control: Lead hazard identification, conduct rigorous plant safety audits, develop comprehensive corrective action plans, and track solutions to timely completion.
MOC Review: Perform thorough, proactive EHS reviews for all Management of Change (MOC) requests to ensure new processes or equipment are integrated safely and risks are mitigated.
Emergency Response: Act as a Medical First Responder, providing initial first aid and emergency care. Manage and coordinate the overall emergency response plan, including fire and severe weather preparedness.
3. Claims Management and Training
Workers' Compensation: Oversee all aspects of the Workers' Compensation program, including managing claims, coordinating employee return-to-work, facilitating doctor visits, and providing financial forecasting to control claims costs.

Role Overview:

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and validate new analytical procedures. Independently, detects and solves complex problems of high technical difficulty.
Perform sample analysis using various analytical techniques (e.g., LC, GC, LC-MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, ELISA, SEC-MALS, CE-SDS, cIEF, etc.), interpret results, and prepare high-quality documentation such as protocols, analytical reports, and summary reports.
Document all analyses per SOPs.
Prepare SOPs, test methods, and other GMP documentation.
Independently, detect and solve complex problems of high technical difficulty.
Apply knowledge and expertise from multiple disciplines (including QA, QC, Analytical and production) to achieve project goals.
Conduct investigations independently.
Troubleshoot analyses and instruments.
Support qualification of reference materials.
Develop new analytical procedures.
Validate analytical methods.
Prepare and review scientific reports.
Interface with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
PhD in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years' experience in a GMP environment.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in method development and validation for small molecules Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). Experience with Process Development of APIs.
Experience with LC, GC, GC-MS, LC-MS, IC, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry.
Experience mentoring staff members in an analytical department.
Formal project management training.
Experience with writing method validation protocols and reports desirable.
Experience with Microsoft Office and other complex computer software (UPLC, Empower 3) desirable.
Salary Range : $115,000 - $125,000 annual base salary

Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.
Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guest, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.
