1963

In 1963 he did the first global food supply and demand projections to the end of the century.

1995

July 6, 1995 Newgrounds One of the first online communities, Tom Fulp launches Newgrounds as a simple online extension of his in-print zine.

His 1995 book, Who Will Feed China?, led to a broad restructuring of China’s agricultural policy.

2002

In 2002, Fulp would open Newgrounds to user submissions via the Portal, and soon after become the first site to host creative animations and videos from a strong following.

2003

Stamper "Stamperized" parts of NG that had been neglected and re-Stamperized his 2003 layout to fit the new look.

2004

After a long dry spell, 2004 is the year when revenue really started to kick in for Newgrounds.

The development of Alien Hominid continued to drag on for most of 2004.

2006

The summer of 2006 marked a big moment for the NG team: The return of Ross! With both Ross and Liljim on the team, the future looked bright.

2007

June 1, 2007 FFFFOUND! A side project of Japanese web design agency Tha, FFFFOUND! sends out invites to a handful of users.

2009

In 2009, DeviantArt put up new share icons next to each deviation, which allowed visitors to post to social media platforms, and even embed images on their own site.

2010

In August, Time ranked NG among the 50 websites of 2010.

2011

May 14, 2011 mlkshk mlkshk is officially launched by husband and wife Amber Costley and Andre Torrez.

2014

As in 2014, Google still wouldn't unblock Newgrounds and our options for inventory were too limited.

2015

Other than the Best of December, my first post of 2015 was outlining our proposed change to the voting system.

NG hosted an animation jam with some fun results and Lalo began organizing the Sheep Collab, which would later arrive in early 2015.

The 2019 Newgrounds Audio Deathmatch was a huge success, culminating in a finale on the Grounds Patrol podcast!
