JOB DESCRIPTION:
Spring11 is searching for an Appraisal Administrator to join our growing team. The Appraisal Administrator will play a critical role in managing the appraisal engagement and review process, including reviewing, organizing, and managing the documentation and data related to asset valuations and due diligence, in conjunction with the closing of commercial loans for an Investment Banking client. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery through meticulous document control, consistent communication with counterparties, and a strong grasp of Appraisal requirements.
You'll work closely with risk officers, underwriters, portfolio managers, and external counterparties to ensure that appraisals are engaged, delivered and reviewed on-time, files are complete, accurate, and fully compliant for regulatory review and document retention policies within the bank. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Manage administrative aspects of bank appraisal policy to ensure on-time delivery of appraisals and appraisal reviews in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with internal parties and approved appraisal providers to request appraisal and appraisal review bids, and engage selected provider.
* Manage appraisal providers to on-time delivery of reports and reviews.
* Coordinate and facilitate review of appraisals with Appraisal Reviewer and internal parties.
* Ensure final delivery of appraisals in conjunction with loan approval and funding.
* Ensure all documents are accurate and complete in compliance with bank appraisal policy, regulatory requirements, and with loan-specific requirements.
* Manage internal appraisal pipeline management system; monitor daily loan pipeline to ensure appraisals and appraisal reviews are delivered on-time and accurately while following up with all parties internal and external for necessary document corrections and retention.
* Maintain organized and complete folders in compliance with internal document retention policies and regulatory compliance.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required
* 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel
* ARGUS expertise preferred but not required

SALARY:
$70,000-$90,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70,000-$90,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading growth initiatives in a facilities services, facilities management, or other relevant B2B services industry. This leader will be responsible for establishing the go-to-market strategy and will also play a key role in cultivating and converting business.
The Director of Business Development, Education will partner closely with the VP, Client Services and the extended Client Services teams on targeted new business opportunities. The role will also partner closely with the Commercial Operations team to build, direct, and utilize a new sales model through the launch of an end-to-end revenue generation engine. This engine encompasses targeting & segmentation, digital marketing, prospecting, and competitive solutioning, including pricing. The Director of Business Development, Education will leverage this new efficient model to expand pipeline, lower customer acquisition costs (CAC), and increase our win rates. This leader will be comfortable working with data and digital tools to identify opportunities, track progress and drive scalable, repeatable, and reliable sales processes. He/she will also pursue cross-sell activities across the various Cushman & Wakefield service lines and collaborate with cross divisional leadership to build integrated buyer solutions within the Education vertical market.

Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that will increase revenue, market share, and profitability within the Education vertical market.

Required Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of experience in sales or business development (with a focus on Education) with a proven track record of sustained success.
Must have experience selling facility services within the Education vertical.
Facilities Services, Facilities Management or comparable B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth strategy.
Experience guiding and collaborating with cross functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
Ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
Experience with CRM software.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $148,750.00 - $175,000.00
