JOB DESCRIPTION: Spring11 is searching for an Appraisal Administrator to join our growing team. The Appraisal Administrator will play a critical role in managing the appraisal engagement and review process, including reviewing, organizing, and managing the documentation and data related to asset valuations and due diligence, in conjunction with the closing of commercial loans for an Investment Banking client. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery through meticulous document control, consistent communication with counterparties, and a strong grasp of Appraisal requirements. You'll work closely with risk officers, underwriters, portfolio managers, and external counterparties to ensure that appraisals are engaged, delivered and reviewed on-time, files are complete, accurate, and fully compliant for regulatory review and document retention policies within the bank. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. Manage internal appraisal pipeline management system; monitor daily loan pipeline to ensure appraisals and appraisal reviews are delivered on-time and accurately while following up with all parties internal and external for necessary document corrections and retention. Maintain organized and complete folders in compliance with internal document retention policies and regulatory compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Spring11 is searching for a Multifamily GSE Analyst to join our growing team. The Multifamily GSE Analyst will play a critical role in reviewing, organizing, and managing the documentation and data required for the underwriting, due diligence, and closing of multifamily loans under GSE programs. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely loan delivery through meticulous document control, consistent communication with counterparties, and a strong grasp of GSE requirements. You'll work closely with senior underwriters, production teams, and external counterparties to ensure that files are complete, accurate, and fully compliant with GSE guidelines. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment. * Review numerous loan documents to ensure all documents are accurate and complete, signed, and dated in compliance with GSE guidelines and with loan-specific requirements. * Efficiently communicate with lenders, counsel, and associates to resolve document discrepancies. * Complete data entry using proprietary software and databases and deliver loans to GSE for approval and funding. * Monitor daily pipeline of multiple loans to ensure loans are delivered timely and accurately while following up with sellers for necessary document corrections. * Maintain organized folders on every loan and disposition of the loan status. * Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or other related field required * 1-2 years of commercial real estate experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Excel * High attention to detail * Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment SALARY: $55,000-$70,000 annually The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000-$70,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
