Qualifications What we're looking for: • Must be at least 21 years or older. • Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record is required. • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience or equivalent is preferred. • Must be knowledgeable in basic computer and tablet skills and be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Ensure consistent, durable logic for funnels, cohorting, attribution, ROI calculations, provider/member analytics, etc. Serve as the architectural owner of “source of truth” data assets. Cross-Functional Integration Own data flows into and out of client systems, marketing systems, Salesforce, and product pipelines. Partner with Engineering to ensure product features are instrumented correctly. Partner with Ops to ensure operational workflows are accurately captured and measurable. Data Quality, Governance, & Observability Implement systematic validation, schema monitoring, anomaly detection, and SLAs for critical data assets. Resolve upstream data issues proactively and improve reliability across ingestion paths. Define standards for naming, modeling, versioning, and documentation. Platform Vision & Leadership Set the long-term vision for DUOS' analytics platform and data architecture. Mentor data analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams on best practices in analytics engineering, AI-enabled analytics, and data governance. Lead multi-quarter initiatives transforming DUOS into a mature, scalable data organization. What We Are Looking For Expert-level SQL (Athena and PostgreSQL), data modeling, and analytics engineering. Deep experience building data pipelines on AWS. Strong understanding of analytics tools and semantic layer design. Experience building or integrating AI-driven analytics tools. Ability to design complex ingestion workflows with multiple external data sources (Salesforce, Iterable, AWS, etc.).
