Michael J. Brown co-founded Euronet in 1994 and has served as its chief executive officer ever since. He is also chairman of Euronet’s board of directors and the Company’s President. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Euronet while overseeing the Company’s business strategy, financial performance and the growth of the business across all markets. Mr. Brown is an accomplished entrepreneur with 30 years of combined experience in the computer software and electronic payments business. In 1979, he founded Innovative Software, which merged in 1988 with Informix, a leading provider of advanced database software technology. During his time at Informix, he served as president and chief operating officer as well as president of the workstation products division. Annual revenues of Informix grew from $70 million to $170 million by the time Mr. Brown left the company in 1990. In 1993, he was a founding investor of Visual Tools, a company that writes and markets component software for the growing Visual Basic and Visual C++ developer market. Sybase Software acquired Visual Tools in 1996. Mr. Brown received a Master of Science in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1979.

Adena T. Friedman (born Adena Robinson Testa; 1969) is an American businesswoman. She currently serves as the President and CEO of Nasdaq. She was formerly the managing director and CFO of The Carlyle Group. Initially joining Nasdaq in 1993, she returned to Nasdaq from Carlyle in May 2014 as President of Global Corporate and information technology solutions. She was named the CEO of Nasdaq in January 2017, the first woman to lead a global exchange.

Michael O'Grady is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Trust, a leading provider of wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking to corporations, institutions, affluent families and individuals. Mike joined Northern Trust in 2011 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as a managing director in the firm's Investment Banking Group. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1992. Prior to Merrill Lynch, Mike worked for Price Waterhouse. Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the boards of the Field Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Catholic Extension and the Northwestern Medical Group Board of Directors. He also serves on the Finance Council of the Archdiocese of Chicago, the Board of Advisors of Catholic Charities, and the Civic Committee Commercial Club of Chicago.

Brian attended Avon Old Farms School between 1979 and 1982 and DARTMOUTH COLLEGE between 1982 and 1986.

John M. Deignan is president and chief executive officer of Baker Hill. In his role, he is responsible for consulting with clients to provide guidance and expertise on leveraging technology to drive more profitable relationships. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, Deignan spent the vast majority of his career at Diebold Nixdorf, where he held various senior leadership positions. Most recently, he was chief marketing officer, overseeing daily operations supporting all aspects of global marketing and product management for the corporation. He was also vice president of Diebold Nixdorf’s North American sales division, where he was responsible for all commercial efforts and P&L performance for its North America National Accounts organization. Earlier during his tenure, he primarily focused on the community bank and credit union markets, providing him a unique perspective that will foster continued growth and innovation at Baker Hill. Deignan earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Marquette University and a master’s degree in International Business from Roosevelt University.
