Who We Are:
Come to work for an organization that truly puts their employees first. 1Vision media is a startup company in the multimedia industry that puts values and vision at the forefront of its goals. We understand that most organizations put profits before people, and we believe that thinking is upside-down. If "people are our greatest asset", then we should foster a work environment that unconditionally respects and loves its people. 1Vision is building a media and production platform that will be the first of its kind in the nation. We have rapid growth plans to gain scale in the untapped markets of high schools and fan experiences. Our values and core beliefs align with our sponsoring partners and communities in ways that connect them, and we are honored and humbled to facilitate these unique partnerships. The right candidate will quickly rise to compensation levels above industry standard and could easily be tasked with building and leading a team as operations continue to expand. Our company is looking for the "right people" and the "right fits" that align with these values and give new meaning to the "work family". If you are curious and would like to know about our human and technical needs and skillsets, we'd appreciate your application.
We manage live event productions, end user mobile applications, and front end applications to serve a variety of users. Initial development began in 2019 and continued to our beta rollout in 2020. We are rapidly expanding our offerings to serve more schools at more sites in 2021.

Writing is not an easy task, so a Writer and an Editor must work together to deliver quality content. A writer's role is to gather information to create a structured written material that would serve its purpose, whether for recreational or informational. Moreover, it is the Editor's responsibility to oversee and examine what the Writer has produced. From this, the Editor will provide feedback, corrections or suggestions, and guidelines that the Writer can follow to improve the material.
An editor is the one responsible for polishing and refining a story, article, and any material for publication in newspapers, magazines, books, or websites. Editors have the power to either accept or reject a material as they need to ensure that every manuscript which will be offered for publishing is at the best version as it can be. There are several types of editors, from copy editors, books to managing editors, but they have few skills in common, like strong writing skills, good judgment, and leadership abilities to help guide the whole editorial team. Most of them work in the office, but it is quite becoming more regular for them to work remotely.
