Newscycle Solutions Leadership

Allen Wallace is a STEM instructor at UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY and Chief Engineer at Newscycle solutions and is based in Lindon, Utah. He has worked as Chief Engineer at Digital Technology International. Allen attended Brigham Young University (BYU) between 1973 and 1978 and Dugway High School between 1968 and 1973.

Before the formation of NEWSCYCLE Solutions, Dan Paulus held the positions of President and Vice President of Sales, Americas at Digital Technology International (DTI). He joined DTI in 2007 when the company acquired Publishing Business Systems (PBS), where he served as vice president of Sales. Dan arrived at Publishing Business Systems via FirstLogic, a data-quality software company later acquired by Business Objects and SAP. During his eight years at FirstLogic, he served in variety of management roles, the last being vice president of Software Business Development. Dan is a native of Wisconsin who earned his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.

Scott Roessler has more than 28 years of experience in the technology and media industries. Prior to the acquisition of AdBase by NEWSCYCLE Solutions, he served as CEO Americas with Atex. He joined Atex in 2007 when the company acquired Mactive, where he was a founding member of the Mactive US team in 1996. Scott holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from Youngstown State University. In his role as COO of NEWSCYCLE Solutions, Scott oversees the company’s support and services, including its fast-growing cloud hosting business.

Talin Bingham has over 30 years of technical leadership experience. During his career Talin has provided a critical strategic and tactical management skill-set to world-wide corporations focused on new computing architectures and development processes. His diverse experience includes software engineering and management roles in aerospace, robotics and enterprise SaaS applications. Talin most recently served as CTO at SirsiDynix, where he led the company’s development of enterprise-class software that transformed digital and physical libraries for 10,000 customers in 70 countries. At NEWSCYCLE Solutions, Talin oversees the world-wide growth, strategic direction, development, and execution of new and existing media publishing technologies. Talin is a Utah-state native and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science.
