Robert A. Whitman is Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of FranklinCovey (NYSE: FC). Before accepting the role of Chairman and CEO, Mr. Whitman served as an outside director on FranklinCovey's board. Before joining FranklinCovey, Whitman served as President and Co-Chief Executive Officer of the Hampstead Group, LLC, a private equity investment firm based in Dallas, Texas, from 1992 to 2000. The Hampstead Group made significant investments in companies in the hotel, retirement housing, restaurant, and theme park industries with the goal of helping these companies achieve significant growth. Hampstead helped build up Wyndham Hotels and Resorts; Felcor Lodging Trust; Forum Group, Inc. (previously AMEX, sold to Marriott International); and a number of other public and private companies. Mr. Whitman served on the board of directors of these companies and also served as Chairman and acting Chief Executive Officer of Forum Group, Inc.

Kevin Guest joined USANA on a part-time basis in April 2003, as Executive Director of Media and Events. Following our acquisition of the media, video, and event-productions company, FMG Productions founded by Mr. Guest, he became a full-time employee of the Company and he was promoted to Vice President of Media and Events in February 2004. In January 2006, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Marketing and served in that role until July 2008, when he was appointed Chief Marketing Officer. Mr. Guest served in this role until May 2011, when he was appointed President of North America. In October 2012, he was appointed President of the Americas, Europe and South Pacific. In August 2014, Mr. Guest was appointed President of USANA and served in this role until August 2015, when he was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer. He served in this role until November 2016 when he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Guest earned a B.A. in Communications from Brigham Young University.

Holly Barbo is a Co-Owner at Barbo's Furniture; Author - published by Paper Gold Publications at Paper Gold Publications; and CEO,CFO etc.etc. at Barbo's Furniture and is based in Alaska. She has worked as member at LINKEDIN CORP, Education Committee member at Sustainable Furnishings Council, and board member at Bellingham Regional Chamber. Holly attended Western Washington University between 1970 and 1974.
