Pros of working at Newton-Wellesley Hospital
Not much
Egg sandwiches in the cafeteria
Cons of working at Newton-Wellesley Hospital
Not a place to work where you will find any advancement opportunities as a nurse. Hard working, smart nurses are not valued or validated. Toxic work environment with no firm leadership. Nurse bullying rampant including manager (mother baby manager to be specific). Ignored emails by manager. Overall non responsive. I am actively searching for better employment. This department is going to lose great nurses because of poor management.
Newton-Wellesley Hospital benefits
