Responsibilities
* Escorts patients within the Medical Center to and from patient units via appropriate means of transportation (e.g., wheelchair, bed, stretcher, crib). Escorts are expected to maintain a courteous manner toward patient at all times.

Located on the West Side of Manhattan, HSS has opened a brand new comprehensive Center that offers physician office visits for medical diagnosis and pre- and post-operative care; radiology services, including digital x-ray and MRI; an ambulatory surgical center (ASC), and PT / Sports Performance. This will be the first one-stop-shop facility of its kind at HSS that contains all of these musculoskeletal services in a single, convenient, location.

Must be able to lift, move, and position patients of all weights with varying amounts of assistance in a fair manner on a regular and recurring basis including dexterity of fingers, hands, arms and feet with sensory requirements of speech, touch, vision and hearing to normal range with correction.
