Basic Purpose
The Commercial Manager is a multifaceted leadership role that will direct and oversee account management within the Electrical & Electronics ("E&E") / Industrial market, managing relationships and developing plans and strategies designed to grow business and revenue in the focused end market including these key elements:
* Lead the development and implementation of a business plan for the focused market (i.e., Healthcare, Automotive, E&E) in conjunction with support from Marketing, Product Line Management and Regional Sales Leaders,
* Enable global collaboration and strategic alignment with Europe, Asia, and Latin America,
* Leads a team of Corporate Account Managers and Application Development Engineers who are focused on customers within their end market, and
* Manage a small number of key customers within the focused end market.
* The role is accountable for achieving volume, revenue, and gross margin growth targets vs budget, inclusive of their personal accounts, their team's accounts, and the entire end market.
Position Primary Accountability and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the End Market Manager to develop strategies to grow the end market, including key applications to target, supplier/product portfolio mix needed, supporting material/tools required for technical and commercial teams, collaboration on marketing efforts both digital and traditional methods to drive awareness, leveraging of databases to create targeted lists for sales campaigns, industry connections such as tradeshows, etc.
* Ensure growth through indirect sales at local accounts managed by regional sales teams through close collaboration with sales leaders around the globe.
* Connect with suppliers' market and product management teams to assure alignment on account/OEM coverage, promotion, and applications.
* Active participation in trade associations and industry events.
Managing Team Performance:
* Establish a monthly cadence to review pipeline, customer visits, churn, and the competition.
* Recruiting: Work with Talent Acquisition to identify potential candidates and build a pipeline of high-potential candidates.
* Raising the Bar / Performance Management: Coach, establish objectives, goals, learning, development, and improvement in line with Nexeo Plastics' strategy and Sales Management Processes
* Guiding Sales Opportunities: Understand the Nexeo Plastics sales process and customer's business, and coach Corporate Account Managers on both to maximize sales.
* Developing Trusting Relationships: Build and maintain a collaborative, cohesive, and trusting environment with Corporate Account Managers and the team.
* Drive for Results: Build a culture of accountability within.
Managing Personal Portfolio
* Grow sales and GM at the directly managed accounts:
* Territory Planning: Understand territory environment, current accounts, competitors, and suppliers.
* Build and further penetrate key accounts to broaden and deepen relationships with critical decision makers to facilitate growth opportunities.
* Account Planning & Customer Knowledge: Focus on and pursue strategic business opportunities with key customers by coordinating the activities of the involved division and regions.

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for both traditional medical/surgical supplies management and 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain systems. This role is responsible for the accurate and efficient counting, stocking, and auditing of consumable medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, surgical implants, instruments, and other hospital assets. This role may also be responsible for installing and maintaining 2-Bin Kanban project supply chain lines, including assembling and adjusting inventory storage racks. This is a temporary position that will require extensive travel.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Accurately capture inventory count data in the HITS program, utilizing Excel or paper count sheets as instructed by the Team Leader or other Inventory Management.
Perform inventory counts, ensuring all items are accounted for and reported according to established policies.
Report discrepancies in inventory to the Team Leader.
Maintain a high level of competency in using technology for inventory data capture, including the HITS application.
Regularly communicate with the Team Leader regarding any issues with the HITS program and/or computer equipment.

5 Positions/check load securing equipment to secure cargo during transit. Inspects vehicles
for defects before, during and after trips, submits report indicating equipment condition.
1 Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications Required of this Position:
Must possess a valid driver's license and possess a current DOT Medical certification card. One (1) year
driving tractor-trailer experience. Must be able to effectively communicate to maintain positive customer
relations climate with other drivers/warehouse personnel/customers/supervisors. Capable of standing,
walking and repeatedly climbing into and out of road tractor or switch tractor. Must be able to work all
necessary work schedules, including holidays/weekends. Requires safely operating equipment in extremes
of weather and climatic conditions and insure working in a cold environment (cooler/freezer). Must
be able to frequently lift/handle cases ranging from 5-50 pounds.
