Position Overview:
The SVP of Corporate Development will play a central role in shaping Uniphore's growth strategy, leading corporate development initiatives while integrating a critical responsibility for investor relations focused on managing private fundraising efforts. This position emphasizes engagements with private investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
This role will drive strategies around mergers, acquisitions, and private fundraising, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. The role requires expertise in private capital fundraising, strategic finance, and a deep understanding of the evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Investor Relations (Private Fundraising):
Develop and lead Uniphore's private fundraising strategy, targeting venture capital firms, private equity investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
Act as the primary point of contact for private investors, managing end-to-end communication and cultivating strong, long-term relationships.
Prepare and deliver tailored investor presentations, financial models, and fundraising materials to private market stakeholders.

Staff Data Analyst
We are looking to hire two staff-level / lead-level data analysts. The first is a GTM-focused role; you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to identify growth opportunities, establish metrics that hold teams accountable, and model complex outcomes such as churn forecasts and market dynamics. It is an exciting time to be supporting NexHealth. Our SaaS platform has a strong need by doctors and has a very compelling sell. 50% of doctors that see a demo will sign a contract within 2-4 weeks. We are building out our Business Intelligence platform across the company. We are looking for someone that loves building, diving deep into the numbers, and helping our teams have the data they need to make key strategic decisions about their organizations through data.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain our BI platform by building dashboards, defining core metrics, and guiding teams in addressing their analytics needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to track daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics.
Establish and document clear processes for managing data requests, including scoping, solution design, and delivery of analytics projects.

7+ years of experience in data analytics roles, with a track record of strategic thinking and execution.

About Us:
Uniphore, an early leader in Conversational Service Automation (CSA), is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager who will be responsible for the management and integrity of various accounting operations and financial reporting functions. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will be a key member of the Controllership team and will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our corporate accounting functions. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting regulations, and efficient internal controls. Key Responsibilities:
Lead US accounting operation and collaborate with the global accounting and finance teams to execute all accounting processes and activities across the organization to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, domestic and international statutory guidelines, internal policies, and external audits
Manage the timely monthly close process for US subsidiaries (calendars, reviews, reconciliations, analysis, reporting)
Design and implement general ledger, accounts payable, fixed assets, payroll and other accounting operations metrics, reports, and reconciliations
Review or prepare key reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures
Assist with the production and preparation of consolidated and legal entity monthly financial statements
Possess a deep understanding of global ERP systems including sub-modules, including the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems
Design and implement effective accounting policies, procedures and controls (“SOX-like quality”), continuously monitor and update the design and scope of controls as the business evolves to maintain the integrity of financial reporting
Work cross-functionally with the other departments on new initiatives to understand the financial impact and ensure accounting issues are identified and mitigated
Manage integration of acquired businesses into our financial systems and processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related field required

Hiring Range:

Key Responsibilities
