In this role, you will work closely with the Lead Designer to create and implement new content for Global MapleStory Classic World. Role Summary We are hiring a Sr. Counsel, Corporate to provide legal support for EA's corporate legal matters, including debt financing arrangements, M&A and other strategic initiatives. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to work closely with cross functional partners, including Treasury, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, and Executive Leadership. You will report to the Senior Managing Counsel, Corporate. This is a hybrid role (3 days in office per week). Draft, review, and negotiate documentation, including credit agreements, security agreements, guarantees, amendments, waivers, and consents. Partner with Finance with respect to ongoing refinancing efforts, including effective management of outside counsel. Lead M&A integration efforts as they relate to securitization and other debt financing matters. Provide targeted legal support for strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and similar transactions. Assist with governance matters. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 5+ years of corporate experience in debt financing, securities, M&A and strategic initiatives. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Ability to effectively manage competing priorities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES With moderate supervision, responsible for the following Regulatory activities: • Develop and implement regulatory strategies and processes to ensure timely global commercialization of products in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. • Author regulatory submissions and assessments for class II and III medical devices to be distributed in the US to ensure timely global commercialization of products in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. • Author technical files and design dossiers for products to be distributed in the EU. • Prepare international documentation to support product registration internationally. • Directly communicate with FDA and other Regulatory agencies in preparing responses to submissions and in support of agency audits. • Evaluate proposed changes to product design or manufacturing processes and assess impact of the proposed changes with regard to worldwide approvals and internal BWI policies and procedures. • Participate on new product development teams. • Review and approve new product development and product modification documentation. • Write, review and revise company SOPs as required. • Communicate business related issues or opportunities to next management level. • Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures. • Perform other duties assigned as needed. Qualifications • BS degree in Engineering, Physical or Biological science + a minimum of 4 - 6 years experience in Regulatory experience or advanced degree + 2 - 4 years experience in Regulatory Affairs.
